Great small Hotel at Old Town, good value for money.
Pros:

Location is great - 5 min and you at old town
Staff was amazing, very helpful, always ready to assist to any request
Room was clean (junior suite)

Bottom line - great value for money

Cons:

I didnt found any point that should be raised here.

Lovely, stylish, welcoming ,clean and very well-run hotel.
Pros:

It is a lovely hotel. Amazing staff from the moment you arrive- we were greeted with a tour of the hotel and a welcome drink in the bar. Feels very stylish and relaxed. Lovely decor and features such as the dried flowers and iron staircase . Clean, beautiful scent everywhere, spacious, and stylish rooms. Great location-only a short walk , 10 minutes, to the main tourist areas. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Cons:

The spa is lovely however there were families who were trying to use the spa as a swimming pool experience which doesn't really work, especially as the bath is pretty small and clearly not intended to be used as a swimming pool. We avoided the spa at the very popular times- which seemed to be the end of a sightseeing day before dinner. It was empty during the mornings, which was when we preferred to use it. We didn't have breakfast , although it did look nice, as we thought it was slightly over-priced, compared to usual hotel prices.

Sehr schöne Zimmer und tolle zentrale Lage
Pros:

Tolle zentrale Lage, grosszügige Suiten, Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Leider gibt es in diesem Hotel kein Restaurant, das abends geöffnet ist (in der Lobby werden einige Speisen angeboten). Wenn man abends etwas später anreist, dann muss man sich also nochmals auf die Suche nach einem Restaurant machen...

All the staff were very friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Great location, comfortable room.

Cons:

We couldn’t get the ac to work properly so had to leave a window open. The staff did look into it but the room didn’t seem to cool down.

Great location, greatfor solo
Pros:

As a solo traveler, this experience was pleasant. If I would travel with the partner, I would feel uncomfortable with see through WC and shower. Also I could not for some reasin dim the light under the sink so it was this or I would have to remove the card for electricity but I believe that my outlets wouldnť work either - and I needed that for charging my phone.

Pros:

Sehr netter Service. Toller Empfang.

Cons:

Das Restaurant war geschlossen und man hätte an der Bar essen können, welche sich dazu aber nicht eignet.
Es hilft die Klimaanlage auszuschalten 😉
