אני עברתי לבית מלון אחר לא הייתי שם בכלל נכנסתי וביטלתי ויצאתי היה היה כתוב בביטול אפס שקלים ביטלתי המקום לא טוב בכלל מגעיל אפילו החדר אוכל לא נכנסתי לא היה בסדר כמו חושק

The location is excellent, the room service was very helpful specially Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Mina , and the reception staff were friendly, professional, and helpful specially Mr. Nadeem. Overall, it was a good experience, mainly because of the great service and convenient location.”

Cons:

However, the food quality needs improvement also the aqua park was very limited as it did not meet my expectations.

المعامله من قبل حارس الأمن كانت سيئه للغايه لقد تعامل معنا من دون احترام وبعصبيه وقله احترام اول مره في حياتي أتعامل هاكذا
وذهبت إلى الشخص الذي يعمل على الاستقباال (reception)
وهو كذالك تصرف معنا بقله احترام وقلت له سوف اشتكي إلى بوكنق (Booking)
قال لا نتهدد احنا مايهمنا قال هاذا ماقاله حينا أردت اشرح له قال لا أريد الاستماع !!

هناك طاقم شباب حقا يعملون بإخلاص وهناك جميع فرق البوفيه يعملون بكل إخلاص الطعام والشراب أكثر من رائع حقا والمعاملة أكثر من رائع من جميع فرق الشباب الذين يعملون هناك يقدمون كل ما تطلبه يتم توفيره علي الفور

الفندق ليس نظيف بما فيه الكفاية حمام السباحة ليس نظيفا عندما رأيت هذا الفندق اخترته لأنه 4 نجوم لاكن في الحقيقة هو لا يتعدي 3 نجوم وهناك تعليق علي حمام السباحة يقومون بإغلاقه مبكر جدا الساعة 18.00 مساء يجب أن يغلق علي الأقل 22.00 في المساء
الشئ الثاني هو شاطيء البحر هو شاطيء شعبي جدا ليس نظيف بما فيه الكفاية هناك شواطئ اجمل من هذا ايضا أثناء الخروج في المساء الاتوبيس يتحرك الساعة 20.00 مساء ويعود الساعة 22.00 مساء لهذا السبب اضطر إلى أخذ تاكسي للعودة إلى الفندق .يجب أيضا توفير رحلات خاصة مثل سفاري ورحلة الي رأس محمد وغيرها حتي لو بمقابل مادي لاكن لم يوجد هذا الشيء ابدا يجب أن تبحث عن هذا الشيء بنفسك وأيضاً عندما وصلت إلى الفندق لم يتحدث معي اي شخص من أجل هذه الرحلات الخاصة يجب التحدث مع الأشخاص عند وصولهم لأنهم لا يعرفون اي شيء في المكان من أجل الحصول علي راحة ورحلة وإقامة سعيدة انا لم يتحدث معي اي شخص ما انا من كنت ابحث بنفسي وهذا الشيء ليس جيد لأن هناك سياح لم يعرفون المكان جيدا وشكرا

لا يوجد غير بعض الموظفين اسلوبهم راقي بس بالنسبه للمكان تاني مره احربه الامل بقي سئ والغرفه بقيت متهالكه جدا جدا جدا وعدم اهتمام ودخول كلاب الشارع للفندق حاجة في منتهي السوء
