Location is nice and the pool is aswell but the rest is below expectations.

Cons:

Receptionist behaved as he is giving us the room for free plus the room which he gave us was extremely hot the aircon was not working at all couldn't sleep well so it makes me think was it only our room or all the rooms of hotels are same.

“I had a pleasant stay at Panorama Neama Heights hotel Sharm. The location is excellent, the room service was very helpful specially Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Mina , and the reception staff were friendly, professional, and helpful specially Mr. Nadeem. However, the food quality needs improvement, as it did not meet my expectations. Overall, it was a good experience, mainly because of the great service and convenient location.”
