الفندق ممتاز وبه خدمه بشكل متنوع باص الي خليج نعمه وشاطي ومجاني وموظفين الاستقبال عسل ومتعاونين وشكر للأخ Mina موظف الاستقبال كان في غاية الذوق والجمال والاحترام وايضا منظف الغرف الاخ احمد بارك الله فيه كان متعاون جدا وممتاز وما شاء الله حارس الأمن ما اعرف بصراحة اسمه رجل والنعم فيه تعاون معنا في حل خلاف مع سايق خارج التكسي كان يريد يغلس علينا بس بصراحة وقف معنا وقفه أخ ورجل بارك الله فيه وكنا حابين نشكره قبل لا نذهب بس ما وجدناه عند مغادرتنا الفندق. لنا ان شاء الله رجعه اخرى وشوف نرجع لنفس الفندق

شرم الشيخ جميل لا شي ما عجبنا. بلد ولا اروع في ضل القيادة الرشيده. اللهم احفظ مصر وأهل مصر وان شاء الله محروسه ليوم الدين ربي يبارك لكم فيها وينعم عليكم الامن والامان والاستقرار

اسوء تجربة علي الاطلاق ... مستوي النظافة اسوء ما يمكن ( الحمامات قذرة ) .. في اربع ايام انقطعت الكهرباء في ثلاث ايام !!!!! ..
* الطعام كان سئ من ناحية الجودة و النظافة ( الاطباق قذرة )
* مكتوب يبعد عن البحر 900 متر !!!! و هذا كذب ! الشاطئ يبعد عن البحر 9 كيلو متر و لابد من الذهاب باتوبيس خاص بالفندق و يجب الحجز للشاطئ قبل الذهاب للشاطئ بيوم كامل !!!

** دورة المياة الخاصة بالغرفة ( قذرة جدا ) يبعث من رائحة سيئة و مقرفة للغاية

جمود العاملين تفرقه واضحه بحسن الاستقبال بين الاجانب والعرب
ابتسامه عريضه ورحبت صدر للاجانب وجمود وتجهم للعرب بالرغم ان العرب دافعين ضعف الاجانب
القيمه مقابل المال . غالي جدا لمكان غرفه متهالكه وقديمه وحمامات مكسره وسئيه وفوط لها سنين .

كانت إقامة رائعة بكل معنى الكلمة. الفندق نظيف جدًا، والغرف مريحة ويتم الاهتمام بها يوميًا. طاقم العمل وخاصة الشاب مينا محترم ومتعاون ويحرص على راحة النزلاء في جميع الأوقات.

مينا قدم لنا خدمة بتجنن.

موقع الفندق ممتاز وقريب من أهم الأماكن في شرم الشيخ، كما أن الطعام متنوع ولذيذ، والمرافق مثل المسبح والشاطئ كانت نظيفة ومنظمة.

أشكر إدارة الفندق وجميع العاملين على حسن الاستقبال والخدمة الممتازة، وبالتأكيد ستكون لي زيارة أخرى، وأنصح به لكل من يرغب بقضاء إجازة هادئة وممتعة.
