NOT a boutique hotel; a degenerates' halfway-house
Pros:

Do not stay here unless you want to step over half-dressed people on mattresses on the floor to get to a room to sleep on dirty bed sheets which are still warm from the people they just kicked out of your room and you are OK with having a previously used bath towel. The neighborhood is dangerous. If you choose to stay, be prepared to have to pay extra money otherwise they will not let you out of the padlocked compound. You have been warned!
