Las fotos del Hotel, no muestran la realidad.
Pros:

El personal super amable. Excepto el Gerente que es un tirano.

Cons:

Las fotos no hacen justicia a lo que es el hospedaje, las fotos hacen pensar que el hotel está bien pero NO es así.

En las Duchas no sale apenas agua es difícil dañarse.
No me hicieron aseo ningún día
El desayuno terrible solo huevos y arepa sin fruta sin variedad , nada terrible. Si vas en busca de una experiencia de desayuno propio de Santander olvídate .

La televisión sin Netflix sin HBO sin nada terrible

El Gerente es un tirano trata mal a los empleados delante de los clientes y le da igual. Es terrible los pobres empleados por miedo a perder su puesto de trabajo no dicen nada. Que pena!

La piscina sacas un pie y llegas A la recepción jaja es demasiodo pequeña un engaño también . No la experiencia lamentablemente

Las instalaciones deben mejorarse..los muebles..las camas , el baño turco no funciona, una sola señora atiende el restaurante. Deben trabajar en estas cosas

Cons:

Lavabos antiguos, funcionalmente deteriorados. Eliminé Excusado se atascaba fácilmente y no había elementos para desatascar.
Eliminé al menos pequeñas cucarachas

El encargado de recepción con frecuencia no estaba atento de la puerta y tuvimos que esperar varios minutos afuera mientras abrían. Esto es un poco incómodo, sumando que el sector de noche es un poco inseguro.
