Owners were lovely. View from the top floor balcony were amazing. Great breakfast. Very reasonable price.
Replace the shower head. We soaked the bathroom trying to get the water warm/on.

如果房间里有瓶装水就好了。不过你带了水瓶就没问题了，因为楼下有免费茶水。
Great hotel! Warm blankets, hot water, extensive breakfast, and super friendly staff that helped us with our suitcases. Would definitely recommend!
Honestly nothing. I really enjoyed the place.
Gabriel and Juan were amazingly helpful! Breakfast was great! My daughter was sick and they were able to give us an extra night and allow us to check out late. They also arranged taxis for us.
Shower could have been hotter, but that is minor.
Location was good, not too close to the center to hear the noise and not too far to walk. The view was very nice. And the breakfast buffet included some yummy mini pancakes with lots of fruit options and freshly squeezed orange juice.
They charge a 5% fee despite the listing showing there are no booking or credit card fees. When offering to pay in cash in soles, we were told there was a ‘local exchange rate’ which was even more expensive. This means the price you see on Booking.com is 5% higher or more.

We never planned to stay 10 days in Ollantaytambo but it's an easy place to love and a hard place to leave. Juan, Elsa and the crew at the Intitambo Hotel looked after us beautifully. We loved our rooftop terrace with views of the Inca fortress. Juan was great with advice regarding the many local walks. It's a small village and it's real charm lies in the historic Inca network of pedestrian streets. We ate in many places and didn't find a bad meal anywhere. There are a bunch of excellent restaurants. Breakfasts at the Intitambo were great, the showers were good, the beds comfortable. We loved it.
Je recommande cet hôtel à 100% l'accueil, la gentillesse de la patronne et de la réceptionniste, tout pour vous rentre service. Le petit déjeuner copieux avec des pancakes œufs pains fruits et plus. Allez y les yeux fermés. La chambre donnant sur un terrasse donnant sur le site archéologique

This hotel is beautifully decorated in local style with stunning views of the mountains and ruins The staff go to great efforts to make your stay memorable. For example, sending laundry out for you and doing printing and photocopying. Owner is on premises and happy to talk about the town. Beds very comfortable, location quiet, great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Boiled water available all day to fill water bottles. Super clean with daily service. Strong and consistent wifi. We extended our stay!

NO HOT WATER, we booked two bedrooms with my family and I didn’t have hit water at night and my dad in the morning in the other bedroom.
Service in the check in was rude and disappointed when I wanted to pay with card, they didn’t offer to help with bags.
Breakfast was really cold, even water for coffee was cold, fruits were rotten.
