Basic with bad coffe
Room very cold. 50 F.
The room were clean, the hotel has a roof bar that has an amazing view. It was comfortable and location was good.
No coffee in the morning, electricity was off for some of our morning
Location was right next to the square. The staff were helpful despite the language barrier.
The room was cold and there wasn't a heater available (but the extra blankets were enough whilst sleeping ). The staff didn't speak English and they forgot the breakfast box arrangement we had. No toiletries available. Room didn't feel cozy.

Cold room. Blankets were warm though. Very dark, hard to see in the room
The room was very cold and very small. No extra bedding, no bath mat, no hand towel, no bedside lights, no coat hangers. It was dingy, shabby and disappointing.
We moved to another hotel. Best thing was, the manager gave us an immediate refund.

I arrived, walked up the stairs to check in. It was dark, no one was at the check in desk & the desk was covered with a blanket. I called out a few times- no response. I waited a bit & no one showed up so I left & found another place to stay.
Very good location, nice room
It’s a general rule for many countries in Latin America, if you are used to heating, pack something warm. Rooms can be very cold during the night
We booked this last minute - on the bus to Chivay. The owner/manager was extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel is basic and with a good fresh cooked breakfast. I was taken ill later due to altitude sickness that day and decided to move on from Chivay. The owner/manager helped my wife book the bus transport. He then helped carry our bags to the bus office and explain things to the bus staff. We were only there for one night but the service and help was exceptional and eased a very difficult situation for me and my wife. Thoroughly recommended.

Due to the nearby main place (place de armas) it can be noisier. As in other places, there is little insulation and no heating, but the alpaca sheets keep you warm.

The hosts were beyond great, very implicated into making our stay perfect. They kept our luggage for a full day and even organized a last minute tour for us. Muchas gracias a Robert y su esposa🙏
The location of the hostel was perfect, in between plaza de armas and the bus terminal where all the tours but also local bus starts.
The lighting in the room was a bit too strong
The own was very helpful and we had breakfast in the morning
Everything was good, owner very friendly. Always ready, breakfast before 6 we had to leave early. Was no problem, fresh fruit saved the early morning!!!
