Excellent stay in the heart of Brașov. The hotel is quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The customer service team were understanding, supportive, and always willing to help guests. The room was spacious, spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and they also serve a wonderful coffee. Great value for money and highly recommended.

Da non ripetere
Pros:

Ho apprezzato il fatto che fosse a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro.

Cons:

Avevo una prenotazione per ben 4 notti e mi è stata data una camera con un letto orribile, aveva il poggiatesta completamente rovinato ( vedi foto) e ci siamo riempiti di residui della finta pelle che era screpolata. La doccia era macchiata dalla muffa e perdeva abbondantemente da un lato tanto da fare un lago. Il lavandino minuscolo era così attaccato alla doccia che dovevi lavarti di lato. Queste sono stanze di emergenza per una notte, non per clienti che si fermano più notti. Hanno trovato persone che non hanno voluto fare storie altrimenti c'era solo da protestare. La colazione sempre uguale, praticamente solo salata senza possibilità di scaldare nemmeno il pane. Non garantisco sulla totale freschezza di alcune pietanze. Penso di aver sprecato i miei soldi. Booking dovrebbe verificare meglio la genuinità di quello che viene proposto tramite il loro sito.

Termopanele vechi fac ca zgomotul din strada (camera a fost localizata la strada) sa se auda in camera. Plus micul dejun care nu are multe optiuni.

Die Lage und parkplatz am hotel

Frühstücksraum eigentlich ganz nett. Zimmer basic, was okay bei dem preis ist

Cons:

Zimmer roch nach kaltem Rauch. Es war so parfümiert, als wir reinkamen, da roch man es nicht. Hätten wir es vorher gemerkt, hätten wir sicher wechs kön. Es war dann wirklich unangenehm in der Nacht. Vielleicht kam es auch durch die Lüftung.

Betten verschieben sich, sind laut., eher alt. Kein wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer, man bekam aber unten was auf Nachfrage.

Frühstück ist okay, wenn man um 9 kommt, ist aber alles kalt.
