Apart-Hotel Naumov

Nice view from room but that was all, condition really needs a lift, smelled like poop the 2 days spent, no coffee or tea maker in room, at night water was out for 3 hours and literally left with soap in hands! Problem fixed then but next day offered to move to other room but for extra charge, did not accept because after uncomfortable night they did not accept their responsibility, room should be out of order!! Never will go back

Персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый. Жили на третьем этаже и звукоизоляция желает оставлять лучшего.В первую ночь кто то занимался громко совокуплением, во вторую ночь другая парочка безостановочно кашляла.По среди ночи покопалась в аптечке, постучалась соседям и дала терафлю с отхаркивающим. После этого удалось поспать.Расположение прекрасное окна выходят в парк.Спасибо.

un lugar muy peculiar, diferente pero seguro y bonito. la atencion fue buena, nos costo comunicarnos pero en general muy bien. el 1er nos dieron un vale para desayunar en un restorant muy malo. afortunadamente ellos al dia siguinte cambiaron de lugar para ofrecer el desayuno y todo mejoro.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in einem von außen schönen Haus. Treppenhaus, Lobby und Flure sind auch sehr ansprechend gestaltet.
Das war es dann aber auch. Aus dem ersten, sehr dunklen, Zimmer ist uns direkt ein modriger Gestank entgegen gekommen. Der kam aus der total verschimmelten Dusche. Nach Beschwerde haben wir ohne Probleme ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Aus diesem kam dann ein beißender Chemiegestank. Das Schimmelproblem im Bad ist offensichtlich überall vorhanden, da diese keine Heizung haben. Entsprechend ist es dort immer sehr kühl gewesen (Aufenthalt im September, Außentemperatur ca. 5 °C), die einzige Möglichkeit das gesamte Zimmer+Bad zu heizen, war eine kleine Klimaanlage im Schlafbereich.
Deshalb wurden die Dichtungen in der Dusche notdürftig mit neuem Silikon überspachtelt, ziemlich sicher ohne die gammlige alte Dichtung vorher zu entfernen. Nach erneuter Beschwerde wurde uns ein Luftfilter für eine Nacht zur Verfügung gestellt, der aber nichts gebracht hat. Gegen Aufpreis hätten wir eine Kategorie höher nehmen können, da wir aber eh nicht viel im Zimmer waren, lehnten wir das ab.
Außerdem relativ laut von der Straße durch die sowohl für Schall als auch für Kälte undichten Fenster.
Das Frühstück im gegenüber liegenden Café war in Ordnung, aber auf Dauer zu kleine Auswahl.

We had a great stay at the hotel, the room was a bit "tired" and you could here some noise from outside. But staff was nice, location was close to perfect and breakfast was ok.

Clean and classic hotel, a relatively big room for this price. Nice view for my room since I could see snowing on the street. Staff service is nice and the place is convenient.

Le personnel était très sympathique et l’hotel Est super bien situé ! Juste à côté d’un dinner ouvert 24/24.
Proche des transports en commun et du centre ville .

В отеле Наумов останавливались дважды. Были на Новогодние каникулы вдвоем, а на 9 мая приехали в Москву с ребенком и опять выбрали Наумов. Почему?
Во-первых, расположение - очень удобно добираться практически во все места интересные для туристов, рядом станции метро Тургеневская, Чистые пруды, Сретенский бульвар. Так же центр:Кремль, Никольская, Зарядье и т.д. находятся в пешеходной доступности, причем по пути можно увидеть много красивых улочек, скверов, посетить кафе, которых вокруг великое множество.
Во-вторых, очень приятные номера, все чисто, хорошие матрасы и подушки, белоснежное белье. В душевой комнате есть все необходимое. В комнате: холодильник, чайник (чай и сахар постоянно пополняют), телевизор. качественная уборка.
В-третьих, персонал. На ресепшене работают очень приятные молодые ребята. Особенно хочется отметить Кирилла, приятный и вежливый, он действительно заботится о комфорте гостей. Мы пришли в отель часов в 9 утра, зная что заселение начинается только в 14.00, планировали только оставить вещи в комнате хранения, но Кирилл предложил нам сразу заселиться. Причем, при бронировании на сайте, нам был предложен 2-х уровневый номер, как оказалось, с ребенком 12 лет там невозможно комфортно разместиться, негде поставить дополнительную кровать. Кирилл сразу нам предложил 2 альтернативных варианта из свободных номеров, причем более высокой категории без доплаты. Огромное ему спасибо!
Относительно отеля пожалуй это все.
Москва прекрасна в любое время года!

Не понравилось только одно-это холодная ванная, туда зимой не возможно заходить, но в целом терпимо.

По итогу могу сказать одно, что при поездке в Москву становлюсь скорее всего там же. Мой отзыв относить к отелю который находиться по адресу Сретенка 1-кстати сразу его не нашел, перепутал с их же отелем, но который находиться в соседнем здании(Сретенка 4)

И вот что вспомнил, я прилетел утром, и нужно было где-то оставить вещи до заселения , персонал помог решить эту проблему , забрал мой багаж в камеру хранения, и до заселения я уехал по делам, со свободными руками, вечером приехал заселился, в номер принесли мою сумку.

В номере было чисто, удобная кровать и одеяла, есть чайник, чашки и чай. НО очень слышно шум проезжающих машин и пение гостей кафе до 3-х утра, что на 1 этаже, Мой номер располагался на 2м этаже, может этажом выше было бы по-спокойнее...

This hotel is around 5-7 minute walk from Metro station. The facility is clean and central and safe...right next to several restaurants. The hotel staff and receptionist is hardworking and very helpful.

The rooms are old and tired, pathetic shower and bathroom. maybe will improve after current renovations are completed.

The shower was broken, the walls dirty and the bed mattress i very bad condition.
There is a bar in the first floor but it feels like it is in your room because the music is so loud that the room vibrates with the music. Location: excellent

Stayed here for World Cup. I would have given it a much higher rating but the room had no a.c. despite what the description on Expedia said, and when I asked about this, was told that it wasn't one of the "renovated" rooms, so sorry. I asked if they had a fan and they did not. Temps were in the upper 80's. Had to sleep with windows open over very noisy street (wouldn't have bothered me with the windows shut). It's a shame because the if it did have a.c. it would've been wonderful.

Horrible hotel...tinny rooms, it feels like a motel

I picked this hotel because it was near the metro and city center but was really disappointed. We ended up changing hotels and losing one night of prepaid reservation.The location at the intersection of two major roads meant lots of traffic noise from police, buses, car stereos, and loud music from a bar. No air conditioner meant no airflow without getting outside noise. Curtains did not prevent the sun from heating the room after 3:45am sunrise. We slept poorly for two nights before abandoning our reservation to spend the third night in a nearby hotel on a quieter street when we couldn’t get a quieter room. As for the facilities - the rooms are better in photos than in reality - pretty small and basic, which was not expected. At least they are clean and well maintained. The Garden Ring/Christie Purdy neighborhood is great however - cafés, restaurants and strolling through the park. Our second hotel was wonderful.

The staff is wonderful and helpful. But the rooms are outdated. Also the worst is that you can hear everything from the inside and outside of the hotel. Worst off is the construction within the hotel going on doesn’t let you rest peacefully.

We read the reviews and choose the hotel.
The rooms was not clean and loud. Neigbours decided to watch on hi volume mivie at 03:00.

The facilities: stairs and room were not clean.

It is a hotel with good infrastructure and very central in Moscow. his staff is very attentive

Staff were very helpful and the stay was lovely! Hotel is very safe and in an accessible part of the city. Any issues addressed with the hotel were resolved immediately and they assisted immensely with our visit to Moscow.
