Fanari Vista Suites

Charming, spotless, unique, apartment with stunning views in the heart of Fira. Luggage was happily stored whist we started to explore Santorini. A complementary drink at check-in, our own spa, 20% off at dinner and a packed breakfast due to an early departure were all appreciated. Staff were fantastic.

Amazing views, very comfortable, incredible personal service, outstanding breakfast each morning. Be prepared to walk up and down...everything in Santorini is hilly. Rhe view is second to none. Dimos is an amazing and friendly manager. My wife and I thoroughly relaxed and enjoyed our visit. They have an excellent restaurant right above the suites and lots of shopping. What a special property in a special place in the world. I highly recommend this.

Staff were excellent. Property was clean and just above the steps from the port (which also means you are right above the donkeys …so you can smell them). The views are amazing. and it’s easy to walk around town.

Best view ever! Food at upstairs restaurant was amazing, Dimos’s service was top notch. The hot tub made it so relaxing after all the walking/hiking. The only issue is the stairs so talk to Minas about paying for a porter with the luggage. Custom breakfast brought to your door was the best way to wake up in the morning….and again with the view!!!

Terrible customer service, never responded to my request about transportation to arrive, have to carry own baggage with a lot of stairs and extremely hot weather. Even worse, they promised to send us somebody to help with our suitcases ( they charge for each one $15 euros) . We have earlier flight reception was closed. The worst part nobody showed up. My husband has to carry all suitcases ( we are not young people) !!! I travel a lot , newer had this issue before . Never wrote bad reviews even if the property wasn’t good. 😁

This was my third trip to Santorini and first stay at this property and it has certainly been the best of all my experiences. The staff are very friendly and helpful, Minos at front desk is helpful and knowledgeable and Dimos who cooks and serves breakfast to your room is great. The food was delicious and nothing was too much trouble for anyone there. The rooms are fabulous, the plunge pool is refreshing and has spectacular views of the Caldera. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a central location with fabulous views and excellent service. For those with accessibility issues, there are quite a few steps down to this hotel as with many on the island. We had large suitcases but the staff carried them to the bus depot for us for a reasonable fee which was well worth it!! Can’t say enough could things about this hotel, truly a memorable vacation :)

A little hard to find but an incredible location with an amazing view

Amazing boutique hotel & restaurant. Fabulous view, fantastic restaurant and amazing seevice. We loved our stay!

This boutique hotel is in a prime location in Fira with its rooms having a marvellous sea view and the view of the caldera.

Its restaurant which is above the rooms is top notch in service as well as offering a good range of Greek and European cuisine. Sunset dinners there has been a must for us (discount given for hotel guests).

Our stay was made memorable by the excellent service provided by its staff especially Dimos who took care of our needs as well as serving us daily breakfast in our room.

The climb of steps can be a real challenge especially for those with heavy luggage and for the elderly. This hotel is about 400m from the car drop-off point so I will suggest that one needs to make prior arrangements with the hotel if help is needed.

Host was amazing. Views were second to none. The restaurant upstairs was great - Dino's was top notch. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was extremely delicious, we ate at their restaurant too, really good food. The sunset view from the hot tub outside our room was breathtaking! Highly recommend this place

Breath taking views overlooking caldera ,meanwhile we felt a million miles away tucked away in our beautiful quiet cave like suites Best part was sipping a drink in our warm bubbly jacuzzi.especially after a big day out it was Heaven. Stavroula went above and beyond to welcome us and help us with any questions. The boys that worked in restaurant above were funny helpful and made you feel so welcome ..As a quest there you get best seats for Sunset dinner .Being an animal lover i adored the mules way below . We would definitely come back here again .Thankyou Stavroula xxxx

Amazing View! The breakfast in the morning was plentiful and delicious. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The room is very spacious and clean. Amenities were replenished every day. I would recommend it to everyone. It was a fantastic stay.

The staff was amazing. So attentive and friendly. We felt like we had our on personal staff. Great location and their restaurant above your suite prepares your breakfast daily and will delivery any other meal you wish. Views are spectacular. Rooms are very spacious and modern cave style.

WOW WOW WOW!! Thank you so much Stravoula, Anna, and Fanari Restaurant staff, Dimos, for making this the highlight of our honeymoon stay! This hotel provides a once in a life time luxury experience at a very reasonable price point. We recommend arranging a private taxi from the airport to the hotel, which includes a porter to help with our luggage, guide us to our cliff side paradise, and relax with a welcome drink. We will forever remember the panoramic caldera view of the magical sunset, small islands, and majestic cruises ships, as we leisurely enjoyed our patio with our private jacuzzi, and sun beds. We savoured the 5 star breakfast delivered to our room, laid out beautifully, with the custom omelette, fresh orange juice, fresh croissants, coffee/ cappuccinos, and the best Greek yogurt and honey that we’ve had. We will be sure to come back, and just spend at least a full day enjoying the room. The staff love what they do and make you feel like royalty. We loved the Fanari rooftop restaurant with the most breathtaking view of the sunset (avoid the Oia crowds), and we enjoyed the discount dining there too. Tip: the Anna junior suite was the most inner suite, so it was the most private and felt like our slice of heaven. There are stairs so you can go from the cliff side hotel to access the busy shopping area right away, 5-10 min from the food square, and the best lamb gyros in town. For 10 euros, the staff will help take care of a big bag of laundry too! Thank you again!!

Our stay at Fanari was wonderful. Our room and private patio made for a very intimate and comfortable stay. The views were beautiful and everything you could hope for when staying in Santorini. The hotels restaurant was terrific and the location was perfectly center to the main attractions of Fira. Additionally, Dimos is the greatest staff member we have ever met at any stay.
