房間浴室雖不新穎但很乾淨寬敞很喜歡房間內的溫泉，很純正，會再回顧
雖然入住時有螞蟻因外頭下雨而爬進房間，不過飯店人員得知問題後，非常迅速來處理掉螞蟻，整體上住起來還不錯。
服務很親切，早餐沒水果，可惜
環境清幽，設施較舊但可使用。人員親切。有早餐。

乾淨的舊旅館，床很硬不好睡，被分配到另外一棟樓，要到大眾池泡湯不方便，大眾池沒有提供更衣室。整體來說還可以。

雖然是老飯店，但是打掃的很整潔，服務人員也很熱情、客氣，如果要去廬山會再去住.
房間乾淨，浴室可以泡湯，也可以到頂樓戶外泡湯，CP值不錯，也有附設停車場，已經住第二次了
大眾池相當的大！比預想中舒適！服務人員相當親切。停車地點雖然離飯店有些遠，但是飯店會有專車載送到飯店門口，飯店位置就在商店街，晚上九點多都還有商店營業與販賣食物！！性價比相當高！很值得推薦
First time to Nanto mountain area. Worth recommending this hotel. Thanks for comfortable stay. Surprised, impressed and satisfied with staff's outstanding service. Spacious, clean and no strange smell wooden floor room with great river, mountain and hot spring pool view. No heater in any room but with refrigerator on Building B. Need to prepare my Down Coat at bedside for everytime out of blanket. Enjoyed best quality hot spring water in room twice (night and morning after breakfast). Call 049-280-2557 for free shuttle bus service from parking lot. Helpful and friendly driver. It will be better if provide milk and no-sugar black coffee at their breakfast buffet. They only provide 3-in-1 sweet coffee now.

從清境農場過來泡溫泉，訂B館4人房，房間意外得舒適，浴室泡溫泉也非常舒服，推薦
一分錢 一分貨，飯店有點歷史了，但CP值很好👍，服務也很有鄉土味，態度很好，我會再去住的那一種，也會推薦給親友。
四人房空間很大，泡澡池也很大，淋浴空間小。老闆親切好溝通
溫泉真的不錯，真的希望這裡不要消失...
