我建議個人的露天溫泉那邊應該要設置固定的蚊香、防蚊液給客人使用，不然泡澡到一半，小黑蚊叮得很兇，但洗到一半也不方便出去再跟櫃檯拿蚊香。

無論下雨過後或晴天的山嵐都很美，在露營車裡面有足夠需要的物品。
Pros:

1.因為有整團的旅客，服務人員擔心我一個人沒辦法烤到棉花糖、吃到自助早餐，有特別留意幫我注意烤爐的空位，以及送早餐到我門口。
2.雖說是下午迎賓點心，但實際就是晚餐的規格，吃的很滿足。
3.素食餐點也做得很美味。

Cons:

1.與訂房網介紹不同：
（1）Booking說明上有接駁服務，但實際上沒有接駁車，只有回程幫忙叫計程車。
（2）對露營車的描述裡，有寫到浴缸，但實際也沒有。
（3）對整體設施的描述有戶外跟室內泳池，實際上只有戶外泳池，室內是湯屋。
2.沒有提前告知需要訂購烤肉或火鍋，要三天前提出；因到的第一天下雨，也無法騎自行車外出採買隔天中午食物。

Pros:

員工有禮，應答自然，有賓至如歸感覺。雖位在偏處，卻也能放鬆心情，享用這裡準備的咖啡、茶點、關東煮和泡麵（距市區遠用餐不便）。不得不讚美早餐的內容，營養均衡份量剛好，不浪費。
我喜歡紅茶、咖啡，黃昏與清晨騎單車繞行柚子園、鳳梨園、薑園，這就是鄉間愜意的旅行。
溫泉真是棒。

Cozy atmosphere and friendly hosts, but a few functional letdowns
Pros:

• Atmosphere: The property is lovely. It has a very cozy, quiet, and serene vibe.
• Facilities: Everything is visually appealing and nicely designed.
• Hosts: The staff/hosts are incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

• Water Issues: The hot spring water was only warmish at best. To make matters worse, there was zero hot water for the morning shower (only cold water available).
• Room Type Mismatch: We booked and paid for a "mountain view" room, but the room we actually received can only be described as a garden view.

It is a nice place with a lot of potential, but the basic amenities like hot water really need to be reliable.

Einfach alles… gerne wären wir länger geblieben.
Der Pool, die Badewanne im Zimmer und das Essen waren einfach der Hit. Uns wurde gratis eine kleine (😀) Nachmittagsmahlzeit angeboten, diese war do reichhaltig, dass wir kein Nachtessen mehr benötigten.
