Capt.'s Inn & Suites

This was a nice hotel. On our most recent stay there were problems with our room. We were put off for the entire stay waiting for repairs or a room change. Two months later no one has ever called to help us. Pay a bit more for a nicer place,it's better than a wasted expense trip.

Nice room and very convenient!

Room was very clean, bed very comfy, A/C was great, the hostess, Kimberly, was friendly and pleasant and gave us a lot of good tips on where to eat and what to see. She’s a keeper. This is very close to downtown/waterfront without being right in middle of all the touristy stuff. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location. Was disappointed no microwave and small tv and fuzzy picture. Staff was wonderful. Room was very clean.

This is a place I would stay again. Great staff and very clean. It would be nice if the bathroom had a counter or table to set things on. The matress squeaked when I sat on it.

The buildings were recently updated, and the rooms were neat and also recently updated. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Our only minor complaint was a slow bathroom sink drain.

Basic but nice. Easy access to downtown and good place for a new nights.

Front desk ladies were very friendly & nice. Room was adequate & clean. Showers are VERY small. It is a motel not a hotel. Didn’t think I would feel safe, but it worked out well.

We spent 2 days at the Capt’s Inn. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The location was very convenient to restaurants and other attractions. I would definitely recommend this motel.

Nice area convenient to Alex Bay and the shops.
Room was clean but housekeeping was slack. Had 2 beds they olny made 1 our whole 4 day stay. When furnished supplies ran out no replacements.
Friendly front desk staff and was very quiet.

A chair for sitting would be a nice addition. The bed was the only place to sit.

I’ve stayed before; and I thought there was a chair.

Unfortunately we were unable to use the pool. The advertisement said it was heated, however they turn off the heaters on Labor Day and our stay was the following week.
Staff was courteous, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and were comfortable.
We got a nice room with a small kitchen.
