Castle Beach Suites by MiaRentals

I’ll be completely honest with my review based on my experience. I stayed 5 days with my family, we never had anyone to clean the room, no fresh towels and bed sheets, there are cockroaches everywhere, we found in our room like 10 of them, when I called to report them I could barely hear the person I was speaking to since there were screamings and dogs barking in the background (I am pretty sure this wasn’t on the lobby) customer service by phone is just awful, although we never had any issues on the front desk, they were very nice, just one of them was very straight forward which was perfect for us! But calling MiaRentals by phone was awful, they are rude and unprofessional. We paid almost 1K and the views to the ocean was beautiful. The hotel needs maintenance cause everything was moldy and rusty, other than that the rest was alright. My advice would be, if you can pay 3 hundred more definitely don’t stay here.

WiFi was not good and tv had no sound

The only thing good about this property was the beach and pool. We rented B-11 on the mezzanine level. The room sleeps 8ish people with two queen beds and two full beds.

Super dirty. Smelled funny. No one speaks English.

Need more attention, people who rent long periods in hotel rooms

Great place to stay we enjoyed our stay and loved it too much. But the stove in the room is so small and very slow.

The property need to offer better beds conditions and needs to inspect for roaches.

I like this place

That hipster guy at the front desk at night has no manners and is rude and unhelpful. Also my room thermostat was broken and it was hot in there. The process to extend my nights was confusing and the boy at the front was not helpful. The valet service is slow and the lines to park or to get the car back when u need it is ridiculously long. The checkout time is 10 am ridiculous and have to pay more to get extended a late checkout instead of being a courtesy like most hotels.

This property is so convenient and has everything you need. It was overall a great stay, we just had issues with the A/C. However, I would recommend & stay here again!

Elevators can take some time. Valet parking in the evening was terrible. Long wait down the road. We paid to park just down the street from the hotel. Asked someone how long they had been waiting and they replied "too long".

Good location but rooms need upgrade

Access to the beach, free parking, rooms with a kitchen, and everything you need. Pleased with the hotel, value for money. Nice staff.

Absolute mess of a place. The valets lost our keys twice in 2 days. First time it was for 5 hours. Now we’re still waiting for them to find them the 2nd time. They’re not looking at all and are just helping other people. We checked out so we have no room to go to and are just stranded at the entrance until who knows when.

Worst hotel i have ever been in, ceiling was leaking,bugs everywhere, very outdated and left as soon as saw the room.

Pool was closed all the time

Booked a room, but didn’t even get the room I have booked. My room was suppose to come with a sofa bed and two queen beds, but didn’t get the room with the sofa bed, which isn’t a problem, but I was slightly irritated because I had paid extra for that room. If I wanted a room with two queen beds, I would’ve booked and paid less for the two queen bed. WiFi provided through email did not work. The door knob lock was broken, so you can only lock the door with the security code lock. I did some inspection around the room when I arrived and one of the bed, the pieces of the frame had came apart, which I thought it was broken but it was just those cheap wooden bed frame where you can put it right back in. I saw a few cockroaches crawling around. The kitchenette is a joke, honestly. It wasn’t a bad stay, it was good, but everything about the rental was falling apart.
