I did request for 50% refund and nothing has been
done soo far
1st room they gave us there were about 6/8 people in the room as we open the door. The hotel supervisor told us there was meeting in that room
2nd room they gave us …. We went out for abit and came back the passage was flooded with water from air conditioner from the ceiling
3rd room they gave us …. Had baby cockroaches everywhere
4th room Finally they gave us an upgrade room
Which to stop us from leaving the hotel
Very unhappy customers ….
That room lead to bathroom flooding floor with water everywhere and that could off caused accidental damage accident and hazards
For us
They sent someone to look at it but they didn’t have a fair idea where the water was coming from that led the bathroom floor flooding with water everywhere
Please look into this matter urgently

Poor hotel. Breakfast the same boring list. Very little selection. Customer service poor. A/C did not work repeatedly.

I was told I was not allowed to wear a longi, the traditional Bangladeshi outfit.
Location. Good facilities. Staff generally good.
Firstly, the worst thing was the cafe area on the lobby floor was open to smokers who completely destroyed the environment and made it unpleasant for us as their smoke and smell wet all over the place! In this day and age smokers should not be allowed on the main building or provided a space with ventilation and away from families and other guests.
The furniture and decor looks dated and weathering away, so some TLC and redecoration would be welcome.
One member of staff ignored me when I asked him to come over as I needed to ask something!
