Não é a acomodação, mas o processo/sistema de checkin é péssimo. Ficamos mais de meia hora, sim, eu marquei, para fazer ficha por ficha, mesmo eu tenho feito o checkin antecipado conforme mensagem pelo booking. Uma burocracia que não vejo em vários hotéis que me hospedo em todo Brasil. Tanto a minha família quanto a família da Marcelle Batista que estavam conosco no dia, ficaram altamente desapontados com o processo tão burocrático. Reforço que não é o atendimento, os atendentes são bem cordiais, é o sistema aplicado.
