Pros:

Příjemný personál recepce .

Cons:

Špinavá okna , staré vybavení pokoje ,koupelna jak z 90 let , ve wellnessu děravé osušky.

Pros:

Nice place. Good starting point for hiking / cycling.
Good young man at the reception, willing to discuss issues.
Some wellness - swimming pool with rather cold water but good after a summer trip.

Cons:

Sauna promised till 21:00 on their notice board.
After arrival, not accessible any more in the evening.
But management apologized, at least this.

Pros:

Byli jsme moc spokojeni s celym personalem (recepce, zamestnanci jidelny, uklid..). Vsichni byli mili a vstricni,pokoj opravdu cisty a s pejsky zadny problem. Hotel doporucujeme a moc radi se vratime.

Ehrliches Hotel mit angagierten und hilfsbereiten Personal. Ruhige Lage. Tierfreundlich.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr schön, nicht direkt an den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wer Hundebesitzer sein darf, hat es dort besser, da man gleich im Grüne ist, wo es auch etwas ruhiger ist.

Cons:

Man sieht, das in diesem Hotel etwas investiert werden muß. Der Fitnessraum hat eine ungünstige Lage und die Geräte sollten modernisiert werden. Der Poolbereich war sehr sauber aber auch hier sollte man investieren. In meinem Fall rutschte ich vom Übergang des Pools zum Aufenthaltsraum aus. Nicht viel passiert, nur blaue Flecken. Ein Geländer in diesem Bereich wäre von Vorteil.

Run away from the Hot here!
Pros:

Location is a bit off the crowds of the resort, Breakfast we had was nice. The hotel is big, lots of free spaces on the floors, Has three bars (working in summer too). One of the bars is actually with bowling alleys and some games. Try the SPA services!

Cons:

Spa cafe area was MEGA hot. next to it the kids corner was small glass capsulated oven. But the pool is a bit small and on the cool side. All of the above can be so much worse...

Líbil se mi výhled na hory a velké pokoje, je zde dostatek parkovacích míst.

Cons:

Voda v bazénu byla velmi studená. Nebylo tam žádné větrání, bylo tam dusno. To je urážlivé. Děti zimou zmodraly. Obecně v lázeňské zóně nebyli žádní návštěvníci. Personál byl jinak velmi milý. Doporučuji umístit do pokojů nějaké obrazy -fotky z Harachova a pro větší útulnost pověsit závěsy.

Objednali jsme si třílůžkový pokoj, dostali jsme čtyřlůžkový se dvěma pokoji a vanou. Byli jsme zde již po několikáté moc spokojeni. :)

Na typ holetu velmi slušný poměr cena/služby
Pros:

Personál vynikající, pomůže i s ne běžnými požadavky. Pokoje čisté. Snídaně výborná, výběr dostatečný. Hotel na krásném místě.

Cons:

Bazén je dokonalá služba. Jenom na něm kazí dojem sem tam chybějící kachličky. Ale jinak bazén čistý v dobé kondici.

Velice příjemné překvapení mě čekalo na tomhle prodlouženém víkendu. Hotel je hezký, prostorný. Ocenil jsem snídaně v ceně pobytu a přístup do bazénu a sauny nebo fitka rovněž v ceně. Snídaně, stejně jako večeře, jsou řešeny formou bufetu. Jako člověk s intolerancí jsem neměl problém si vybrat jídlo. Hotel je animal friendly, takže sem můžete s pejskem. Po lobby se pohybuje místní kočka, takže hotel má vše důležité. Od hotelu, co by kamenem dohodil, je ikonický Mumlavský vodopád, takže vřele doporučuji tam vyrazit. Pokud se chcete vyhnout davům, doporučuji podvečerní hodinu. Každopádně se sem rád vrátím, velice jsem si tu odpočinul a určitě se rád vrátím.
