Beitou Hot Spring Resort

Very clean room with up to date amenities. Both in-room and public hot spring pools are in excellent codition and very enjoyable to use.

Thrilled to have hot springs in your bath. Excellent location to explore the park.

Very convenient location: just few minutes walk from the train station but yet it is quiet and peaceful at night since it is just across the Betiou Park. Room is comfortable, and staffs are friendly. Only thing I wouldn’t like is the size of the hot spring tub, which I can’t stretch my legs fully due to its square shape but I guess it’s common for this price range.

Close to subway. They have a great buffet breakfast.

Hot water did not work in my room. Mattress was also hard and old. Good location and nice staff but rooms and facilities need upgrades.

Good place for relaxing

Elite Double room is very very small, disappointing and inconvenient as we have 4 suitcases.
Ventilation is very poor, room smells like damp. Bathtub and shower doors not fully closing so that adds to the already bad smell.
Breakfast is good but missing sweet food like small pastries, else you need to pay extra as they offer those that are selling in their pastisserie shop.
Overall, not worth the money. Better hotels around.
Need deep clean and some little touches in maintenance.

Spa was excellent and room was nicely renovated

Breakfast was great, spa was a lot more crowded than what I remember - expect ~10-15 people there with you. Room was really nice and relaxing. Stay is around 20 mins to the large Shilin night market.

Great location, walkable to the Thermal Valley, museum and town center with sufficient food options. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with in-room onsen and sauna (in some rooms). Hotel staff while not terrific are better than other hotels in Taiwan on this trip. Compared to a decade ago, Taiwan in general seems to have lost its edge in service-orientedness and making international visitors feel welcomed.

Great location and spa. Breakfast very adequate.

If you are looking for something nice and simple and close to the station this is a great choice

Room are very clean though it's only have about 21 rooms.
All things are good, nice onsen facilities &complimentary biscuits.Hope to be back soon.
