Expensive room but breakfast was not included
It was located in a pretty village with a shop and another pub. The Bell was clean and the room was comfortable.
The shower being open to the room may be off putting for some. We booked extra comfortable room, but I don’t know if I would call it that, it did have a sofa though which was nice.

Lovely room, nice homemade biscuits! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.
Breakfast was not included in the price. We paid extra for breakfast, and it was okay - a bit expensive in some ways. For example, over £4 for toast and jam. The fried breakfast was nice, but again, not very cheap - especially if you add a coffee and a juice. In the room, one thing I found odd was the way the little soap was replaced every day by housekeeping…I’m sure one of those would have lasted our whole stay. Seemed a little unnecessary to me. But these are all small things…I’d happily stay again. So much nicer than a big chain hotel.

Unfortunately I was woken up at 0630hrs by a boxing exercise class full on music in the conservatory just outside my room

Accommodation away from car park (pub) and can have trouble finding a place to park
Overnight stay; Warm and welcoming staff. Lovely breakfast but muffins a little 'tough'.

lovely modern room, suprisingly spacious above the Ostlers Restraunt, dinner in The Bell restaiurant - can only say 'Superb'and breakfast in Ostlers (Englosh cooked breakfasat, of course.. ) again, delicious. Lovely staff, lovely atmosphere, quiet, village location - overall - excellent and thankyou for having me!
