Gerne wieder zum Skifahren oder Wandern
Pros:

Die Aussicht ist traumhaft, die Lage ist wunderbar. Der Service ist sehr freundlich, auch die Kinderbetreuung - wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer und der Speisesaal sind angenehm und hell.

Der Spa Bereich mit Sauna und Schwimmbad war wirklich angenehm und ist schön gestaltet.

Cons:

Das Abendessen ist leider nicht besonders lecker, insbesondere vegetarische Gerichte sind nicht zeitgemäß und entsprechen eher der Ausbau-Variante von Beilagen. Hier gibt es großes Potential, das Hotel auf einen anderen Level zu heben.

Man benötigt ein Shuttle zum Lift in Alpendorf, insbesondere in den Randzeiten, in denen der Schnee nicht bis zum Hotel reicht. Shuttle Service gibt es, allerdings nicht besonders häufig.

Schönster Winterurlaub da Pistennähe und hoher Comfort.

Super Frühstück mit tollem Angebot, nettes Personal, schönes Ambiente, es war einfach toll so wie wir uns es gewünscht habn

Gutes Skihotel an der Piste mit leckerem Essen.
Pros:

Unser Zimmer (Neuanbau) hat uns extrem gefallen. Aussicht war einzigartig und extrem ruhig.
Das 5-Gänge Menü hat uns an allen 4 Tagen sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Frühstück war auch toll.
Die Lage des Hotels am
Skihang ist einzigartig. Die Familie ist sehr lieb und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Ich hätte gerne eine Kaffeemaschine / Wasserkocher im Zimmer, damit man morgens im Urlaub auch mal einen Kaffee im
Bett trinken könnte… das gehört einfach dazu.
Bei den Ausstattungsmerkmalen des Hotels/Zimmers steht in der Beschreibung „Hausschuhe“, diese gibt es jedoch aus Umweltgründen nicht. Das hätte ich gerne vor Anreise gewusst.
Wir sind zu dritt angereist und mussten für die 3. Zimmerkarte 1€ bezahlen (das entdeckte ich jedoch erst im Nachgang auf der Gesamtrechnung). Das ist sehr untypisch und habe ich zuvor noch nie erlebt.
Während der Jause gibt es keine Getränke. Nicht einmal Wasser oder Tee. Auch das kenne ich ganz anders von meinen vorherigen Skireisen in Österreich.
Die Zimmerpreise sind extrem hoch. Leute sind bereit dieses Geld zu zahlen, aber dann darf es an diesen „Kleinigkeiten“, die am Ende dann doch viel ausmachen, nicht mangeln. Es gibt ein kleines Spielzimmer für sehr kleine Kinder. Für größere Kinder / Teenager gibt es innerhalb des Gebäudes keine „Treff-/Spielmöglichkeiten“.

Pros:

Sehr freundlicher, aufmerksamer und serviceorientierter Empfang. Tolle Küchenleistung. Super Lage direkt an der Piste (Ski in / Ski out). Für unseren Extrawunsch (Zimmer) wurde von der Chefin super unkompliziert und schnell eine Lösung gefunden. Danke 👌😉
