Es ist immer wieder ein besonderes Erlebnis, eine Nacht in diesem wunderschönen Hotel zu verbringen

Eines der schönsten Hotels in Innsbruck und Umgebung, sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal trotz Anreise außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption erst gegen Mitternacht, schönes Zimmer im Glasturm mit einem herrlichen Ausblick auf den Kurpark, Klimaanlage, Heizung individuell regelbar, ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet (diesmal aufgrund der frühen Abreise nicht dazu gebucht).

Nettes Personal. Das Hotel bietet grundsätzlich eine schöne Aussicht.
Pros:

Am ersten Tag gab es leider nach 9:30 Uhr keine Brötchen mehr.

Cons:

Die Tür zum Badezimmer war nicht schließbar und das Bad hatte kein Fenster zum Öffnen. Privatsphäre war für diesen Bereich nicht wirklich gegeben.

Kompetentes und freundlich-hilfsbereites Personal, tolle, besondere Aussicht aus großen geräumigen Zimmern mit sehr bequemem Bett, sauber und gut ausgestattet, Hotel fußläufig zur Altstadt gelegen, mit schöner Terasse und eigenem Restaurantbetrieb

Cons:

Frühstücksraum fiel gegen die Besonderheit der Gästezimmer stark ab. Wellness Bereich mit kurzen ungünstig gelegenen Betriebszeiten.
