Fijne kamer, mooi uitzicht en heerlijke sauna.
Pros:

Geweldige sauna complex, schoon, mooi uitzicht en vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Het hotel zelf heeft een kleine keuken echter er bevindt zich inpandig een restaurant maar nagenoeg geen vegetarische gerechten.

Für dieses Frühstück Geld zu verlangen ist Wucher und bodenlos. Klimaanlage im Zimmer kann nicht eingestellt werden bei mir waren es Gefühlte Minus Grade.

Sehr Schönes Hotel mit großzügiger Tiefgarage.
Wir waren im weißen Gebäudeteil untergebracht.
Das Zimmer war auch sehr schön und sauber.

Cons:

fehlende Klimaanlage, und das bei August Temperaturen über 30 Grad.
Leider nur eine Badewanne mit klappbarer Glaswand zum duschen.

Sehr schönes Wochenende, wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Sehr sauberes Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick auf die Altstadt von Hall. Super freundliches Personal!!! In 2 Gehminuten ist man in der Altstadt - besser geht’s nicht. Tiefgarage direkt am Hotel gegen fairen Aufpreis.

Super Lage aber höchstens für eine Nacht

Die zentrale Lage und die Garage

Cons:

Das gesamte Hotel wirkt leider sehr abgewohnt. Unser Standardzimmer war zudem extrem eng und durch einen überdimensionierten Kleiderschrank, den man kaum sinnvoll nutzen kann, zusätzlich verstellt.

Auch die Balkontür blieb nicht von selbst offen, weshalb wir zum Lüften jedes Mal einen Sessel dazwischenstellen mussten. Im Badezimmer waren die Fugen alt und deutlich vergilbt.

Am schlimmsten war jedoch, dass das Zimmer weder über eine Lüftung noch über eine Klimaanlage verfügte. Schlafen war bei den Temperaturen nur mit geöffneter Balkontür möglich.

Umso unverständlicher war, dass bereits um 6:00 Uhr morgens die Reinigung begann. Mit einem Staubsauger wurden die Teppiche im Eingangsbereich gereinigt und anschließend sogar die Betonflächen zwischen den Teppichen vor dem Hotel abgesaugt. Bei geöffnetem Fenster oder Balkontür war dadurch praktisch jeder Gast sofort wach.

Room was good. Customer service lacking
Pros:

Location to town center was great this is a very modern, very clean facility. My unit was quite large with fantastic windows.

Cons:

The bed wasn’t really a mattress. Just a foam box like pad that was terribly uncomfortable. My largest complaint was with my booking. I have been travelling solo for months and booked an Aug 11-12 room. However I mixed up the dates or didn’t catch ( more likely ) that it was actuallymbookedmformaug 10-11. When I checked in I learned of the ,is take. Since I paid for two rooms in advance I asked if there was consideration for the honest mistake, perhaps just push it to the 12 and use my two paid days. The front desk clerk briskly shut me down and said it was not possible. I asked if there was someone I could speak with and was firmly shut down that there was not. I went online with my iPad and saw that there were rooms available Aug 10 so it was not a full house. I could tell from the lobby and breakfast rooms the hotel was not sold out. I felt management could have worked with me. She offered a ten percent “discount” for the third room. Booking.com had the same room for 15.00 less than her discounted one. Not a valid discount. My niece is a VP globally for Hyatt International and I have seen firsthand that someone with authority can always provide that extra customer service. It was not my intent to cheat this hotel: I felt they could have been more flexible in accepting a booking mistake . They got two three nights pay,ent from me for two nights spent

Ich war nur eine Nacht dort, dafür war es ok.
Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück ist in Ordnung.

Cons:

Zimmer sind schon etwas abgewohnt. Fernsehgerät hängt 90 Grad zum Bett und ist nicht drehbar.

Pros:

Hotel położony jest zaledwie kilka minut piechotą od historycznego centrum miasteczka, które warto zobaczyć. Śniadania smaczne, wybór posiłków zróżnicowany i szeroki. Wcześniej zadzwoniliśmy, że możemy być późno (dużo utrudnień w ruchu na drogach w Austrii), recepcjonista bardzo skrupulatnie i dokładnie wytłumaczył co mamy zrobić jeśli przyjedziemy i recepcja będzie nieczynna. Powtarzał wszystko kilkakrotnie by upewnić się, że nie napotkamy trudności z wejściem do hotelu. Na szczęście udało się dojechać na 3 minuty przed czasem :)
