Room very dark, too far from town centre

Good location.
Pros:

The hotel was located just outside the town and there is a taxi service nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There was a very noisy fan in the bathroom that kept coming on for no reason. It came on during the night which interrupted our sleep.

It was a great place to stay not too far from the attractions we wanted to see and reasonable price

A very quaint hotel that is homey and has a good lounge and breakfast!
Pros:

The Torc Hotel is just outside Kilkenny and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and the breakfast was outstanding. Try the French Toast for something different! The room was quiet despite the number of Rally guests during the Bank Holiday.

Cons:

The tub is quite deep and difficult for older guests to step into, but the water was hot and the bathroom very spacious.

Pros:

Very close to Killarney was very convenient that way. The day we explored Killarney we were too exhausted that evening to figure out where to eat so we decide to eat at the hotel restaurant/bar and it was very good.

Pros:

This hotel was great but does need a little refresh. It's looking dated but it met our needs and the front staff were great. The breakfast was fantastic as were the staff. We were late for dinner but the bar was well attended and food we saw looked awesome. Yes I'd return and recommend.
