The room was clean and modern with a comfy bed.
There was a welcome pack in the room when we arrived which included a bottle of wine a couple of beers and doft drinks, it was a nice touch.
Location is great, close to the Ximen MRT station.
The restaurant and food presented at breakfast was poor by western standards.
Following sight seeing one of the days we decided to eat in the hotel. The chinese hot pot restaurant had no English menu, we were guided to the buffet restaurant, where breakfast is served. We ordered from the a la carte menu, the food was shocking. My wife ordered grilled salmon, looked like it had been deep fried and was dry, after returning twice we gave up..
If going there dont select the breakfast option in your booking, or be tempted to eat at the hotel.
The hotel location is closed to the center of foods and shopping and subway stations
The facility is old, bathroom has pretty much no hanger. Room is too cold and has no way of adjusting the temperature
Great location and good breakfast.
Very bad soundproof of the rooms, can hear everything in hallway. The toilets are noisy after flushing.
Buena ubicación y buen tamaño de habitación y baño. Punto extra para la lavandería autoservicio, fácil y cómoda.
Se podría revisar el estado de las cortinas… y lo único un poco incómodo fue el aire acondicionado, es muy potente y había que estar regulándolo cada dos por tres.
The location is very convenient just beside Ximending
Shopping area.
The check in is at 3 pm sharp! They should give a little allowance. The hotel should start earler because there were lots of people waiting. Some hotels will process early then give the keys at 3 pm. The satff were not friendly . They didn’t even greet goodmorning or even
