Duped by the online profile, wished I’d paid more attention to reviews. It wasn’t cheap either.
Pros:

Location, foyer, shower pressure was good, bed was fine.

Cons:

It was filthy and run down. Stains everywhere, caked on dust, mould, used Band-Aid, hair, exposed electrical wiring, bad smelling, etc.etc. Changed rooms and it was still really bad.

I think they understaff so they look tired and will not accommodate your request.

Room is ok but not clean. Never get hovered during our 5 night stay. Two bottle of waters only and they said this is as complimentary. I will try other hotel nearby if I have to visit the town.

Pros:

Location was good, just 5 mins walk to XMD. Did not get the breakfast so not much comment on it, Staff are friendly and will try their best to help, they are able to communicate well in English.

Cons:

Room was small for 2 pax, Front desk feels lesser human touch although the staff are helpful. Due to the number of rooms, clean up of room take longer than other hotel and is all the way up to 6pm. Which means your room may not be clean if you need to go back for a short rest after shopping in the afternoon.

Cons:

Walls are very thin. Can hear everything next door and in the halls. Locker room is not secure. Had our things stolen but staff said nothing they can do.

Great location, but rooms completely different to the photos.
Pros:

Staff were lovely as we found nearly all Taiwanese people to be. Location was great.

Cons:

The room we received versus the room we booked (from the photos) was completely different. Was nothing like what we booked. The room also had an incredibly mouldy smell, bearable by the fact we packed a lot into our trip so had a small amount of time in the room. Friends in another room also said it was smaller than expected
