A great hotel with plenty of activities and excellent facilities—we would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, within walking distance of restaurants and shops.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool and spa facilities were excellent and very well maintained. There was plenty of convenient on-site parking, which made our stay even easier.

The hotel offers an impressive range of activities for both adults and children. We loved the games area in the lobby with table tennis, air hockey, table football and a great selection of board games. There were also outdoor facilities including basketball, mini golf and tennis courts, while the basement had a bowling alley and billiards. Families are especially well catered for, with an excellent outdoor playground and a fantastic indoor playroom for younger children. A fantastic bonus was the free bike rental, which guests can use for unlimited time throughout their stay.

The newly renovated outdoor pool area also opened towards the end of our stay. It looked beautiful and is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy sunny days.

Cons:

There wasn’t much to dislike. The main area for improvement would be the breakfast, which was fairly basic and could offer more variety and better quality. It would also be great if the hotel had a gym for guests who like to exercise during their stay.

Pros:

Удобное и уютное спа, плюс что было мало людей, вкусные завтраки, удобные номера с комфортной кроватью. Бесплатно можно брать велосипеды, хорошая детская комната.

Cons:

В детской комнате видела одного таракана, надеюсь это просто случайность и он заполз с улицы или ещё откуда то. Был закрыт спортивный зал. Нет кондиционера в номере, на втором этаже было очень душно, хорошо хоть поставили вентилятор, он немного спасал.

Good hotel, but Aircon is missing
Pros:

Spa bit was nice and clean even thought it was a bit small, but it wasn't crowded so it was fine.
Breakfast was good, room was clean, overall it was an ok/good hotel.
A lot of amenities and activities area, pool table etc.
It was clean and staff were really friendly.

Cons:

The room did not have Aircon or even a fan, and it was roasting hot.
The bed is not really double, but two small beds pushed together with an uncomfortable gap in the middle.
TV was microscopic, smallest TV I have ever seen.

Tiesą pasakius, nustebino, jog apie šią vietą iki šiol nieko nežinojau. Tai puiki vieta poilsiui, viskas apgalvota iki detalių, SPA nuostabus, švara, personalas - idealus. Tikrai grįšime ir dar ne kartą :)

Cons:

Spa zonoje iškabintos taisyklės, kad nuo 20.00val.vaikai į baseino zoną nėra įleidžiami. Atėjus 20.00val.buvo pilna vaikų. Kam kuriamos taisyklės, jeigu jų nesilaikoma. Administratorė tikino, kad tėvai perspėti. Vaikų tėvai pradėjo kalbėti apie sezono ir nesezono taisykles
