Très peu de choses nous ont plu dans cet hôtel, mais voici ce qui était bien: une employée qui nous a changé de chambre car celle que nous avions était très sombre. Nous avons apprécié. La chambre était propre. L’hôtel sécuritaire et assez bien situé.

Cons:

Les tapis dans les chambres et l’odeur très parfumée qui est disséminée par des des distributeurs automatiques situés dans les corridors. L’odeur est prenante, trop intense. Le plus désagréable était le petit-déjeuner. L’offre est pauvre et le service mal organisé. Le grille-pain est tellement sale et nauséabond que je ne l’ai pas utilisé. Le restaurant n’est pas propre: planchers, meubles et surtout, la porte d’entrée du resto et certains contenants pour la nourriture. La musique est forte, très forte. Un des matins, le petit-déjeuner a été servi au rez-de-chaussée du resto, c’était plus agréable et le café, nettement meilleur. Pour le jour de notre départ, l’employé de la réception a refusé un petit sandwich soit préparé d’avance car nous partions avant l’heure du petit-déjeuner. C’est pourtant un service que les autres hôtels nous ont proposé et c’est très apprécié quand on prend le bus.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena.
El estacionamiento está muy bien.
La habitación es muy cómoda, el baño amplio y estaba muy limpio.

Cons:

El desayuno en general está bien, pero podría mejorarse.

Great location. Really good breakfast. Super people working there.
Pros:

Great location in the centre. A couple of block from the plaza and walking distance to the Casa Historica. Wonderful breakfast included. They will make eggs if you ask. The people working there are really nice and accommodating.
