Pros:

We had nice stay, the hotel is located close to center and the staff was very friendly. Big plus was unlimited supply of hot water.

Cons:

Our dooor.to bathroom did't close properly and the breakfast was very simple.

Pros:

Me encantó la atención del personal, siempre muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, muy cerca del centro histórico y a unos pasos del mercado San Camilo, lo cual me pareció muy práctico y conveniente. El desayuno delicioso en la terraza y con una vista fabulosa perfectas para una buena foto👍🏻

The breakfast is good, and the interior rooms are the best—perfect for those who prefer a quiet environment. My stay was excellent, and I will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Good place to stay in the city center
Pros:

Very convenient location and very friendly staff. They allowed me to have breakfast on check in day instead of one of the other days, while I was waiting for my room.

Cons:

The room I had is connected to the staircase which can be very loud.

El personal, su amabilidad y disposición de ayudar, excelente ubicación. Todo muy limpio y ordenado, el desayuno delicioso.

Cons:

Lastimosamente hubo un problema con el ascensor y el cable, pero el personal se ocupó de esto, de insistir en que solucionen el tema del cable y resolvió lo del ascensor. Son un gran equipo.
