Kényelem, biztonság, nyugalom, ezt adta nekem ez a szállás.
Pros:

A személyzet elképesztően kedves, figyelmes és rugalmas, mindenben a segítségemre voltak. Elrontottam a foglalásomat és úgy jelentem meg egy nap, mintha az utcáról toppantam volna be... Azt gondolom hogy a szállásnak nem volt könnyű a hibámat javítania és akár el is utasíthatott volna, de végül ugyanazon az áron egy 5 ágyas szobát kaptam és mindezt 5 éjszakára szervezték nekem át. Szeretném kiemelni, hogy a szállás nagyon közel van a főtérhez és nagyon jó környéken van. Sokat utaztam a városon kívülre és olyankor hajnalban indultam, de a hideg reggelimet sok más szállásadóval ellentétben itt mindig megkaptam indulás előtt. A folyosón a szoba előtt mindig volt friss, forró tea, többféle levéllel. Amit még nagyon imádtam, a felső szinten lévő reggelinél a kilátás a városra és a vulkánokra. Egyszerűen imádtam itt tartózkodni! El sem hiszem hogy lehet ilyen jó egy szállás, itt tényleg a vendég az első!

Pros:

員工很友善，知道我們隔天一早要參加一日遊，趕不上早餐時間，主動提出可以幫忙準備breakfast box.

Cons:

地板感覺不是很乾淨；我們的雙床房裡，其中一張床的被子沒有放內襯，只有床單；浴室裡的洗髮精是空的，吹風機也不太靈光，吹不到五分鐘就因為過熱而無法使用。

Pros:

We liked the location,. The hotel staff were very helpful. They gave us an early room access when we arrived at 6am. They also packed a breakfast box for our 5:15 departure. In all a great place to stay.

Pros:

Our room was large and the queen sized beds were comfortable.
The location is excellent in the historic centre of Arequipa, just 4 mins walk to Plaza de Armes and 2 mins to the market. Lots of cafes and restaurants in close proximity.
Breakfast on the roof-top terrace was the best we've had in Peru, with cereal, eggs, ham, cheese, hot drinks and juices.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Gute Lage mit besonders schöner Frühstücksterrasse.
Pros:

Einfach und gut. Die Frühstücksterrasse mit Blick auf die schneebedeckten Berge und Vulkane ist ein Highlight.

Boa opção em Arequipa
Pros:

O hotel tem boa localização (2 quarteirões da praça principal), os funcionários são muito atenciosos e solicitos. Cheguei muitas horas antes do check in e já liberaram o quarto, o que foi excelente. Além disso, nos dias de passeios que ocorriam antes do café da manhã, eles preparavam um lanche.

Cons:

O quarto precisava de alguma manutenção e as toalhas também poderiam ser mais bem conservadas.
