Pros:

Perfect location right on the Plaza de Armas, and the rooftop eating area provides a great view. Breakfast decent as well. Rooms spacious and well equipped. Staff friendly and helpful with all requests.

Cons:

Shower didn't drain very well, and rooms are definitely not sound proof - from other guests to construction noises to odd chimes/beeping in the middle of the night, it was never really quiet in the room.

Eher 3* als 4* Hotel und die obere Terrasse ist eine Baustelle
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Plaza de Armas.

Cons:

Die Roof Top Bar/ obere Terrasse ist Stand 3/26 zur Hälfte eine Baustelle, ohne das dieses in irgendeiner Form angezeigt wurde. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist für ein 4 * Hotel sehr dürftig. Man wählt zwar aus einer Karte, aber das Dargebotene ist ziemlich lieblos und unprofessionell: Das Porched Egg z. B. war ein Spiegelei.
Die Zimmer haben zum Teil keine Fenster und wenn, dann nur zu einem schmalen Schacht.
Wir hatten uns definitiv dieses Hotel in dieser Top Lage in Arequipa anders vorgestellt.

L’accueil est parfait.
Le petit déjeuner sur le rooftop est top avec une vue magnifique.
La literie est bonne .
La situation centrale est vraiment pratique car on a tout à côté .

La terraza para el desayuno tiene unas vistas excelentes. El desayuno muy bueno y abundante, con varias opciones para elegir. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, en plena Plaza de Armas. Personal muy amable.

Cons:

El baño era muy oscuro y las habitaciones son interiores. Una daba a una escalera y la otra a un patio interior. Una de las habitaciones olía a cañería.

La ubicacion excelente, las vistas desde la terraza donde sirven el desayuno.

Cons:

La terraza es pequeña y no reservan ninguna mesa para huespedes por lo que no pudimo cenar. La habitación da a un patio interior pequeño lo que obliga a mantener las cortinas echadas.
