Buena situación pero le sobra una estrella

La situación del hotel es inmejorable. Dispone de una terraza ático que es donde se desayuna con vistas a la plaza y volcanes.
La habitación es amplia, y la cama es amplia y cómoda.

Cons:

Para empezar, la habitación da a un patio interior y en la reserva de Booking no aparece por ningún lado. La nuestra estaba situada en la 4 planta , justo debajo de la terraza. Se oían las conversaciones y ruidos constantes de sillas golpeando el suelo. Y gente subiendo por la escalera El mobiliario necesita ya un cambio.
En la reserva dice que el baño está provisto de albornoces, zapatillas y artículos de aseo....no había más que toallas, gorro de ducha, unas jarritas con champú y acondicionador y una pastilla de jabón....y poca luz.
Las chica de recepción de la tarde nada resolutiva.

Correcto pero pobre en relacion a su ubicacion.

Desayuno,escasa variedad oferta .No fruta.
Expecional vista a la Plaza de Armas y a los volcanes.
Terraza esta en reparacion.
La ubicacion del hotel es excelemente.Un punto central de la ciudad

La haboitacion algo pequeña y su alajamiento no era confortable.
El cambio de toallas fue diario y el de ropa de acama adecuado.
No habia ningun sillo, solo una silla.
