Vorsicht! Betrug. Schlechteste Hotel Santa Marta, auch kein Geld zurück
Cons:

Es ist eine Baustelle. Überall liegt Dreck, überall liegt Müll.
Lage ist extrem schlecht, noch nie hatte ich ein lauteres Hotel, unmöglich zu schlafen.
Auf alles finden sie ausreden und es gibt kein Geld zurück!!

Het was een goed locatie en tijdens het ontbijt hadden we een mooi uitzicht. De kamer op zich was ook oke.

Cons:

De airco was direct op het bed gericht wat niet zo aangenaam was 's nachts. Er was veel lawaai uit de omgeving, zowel vanop straat als uit het gebouw.

Cons:

El servicio del personal pesimo, con poco entrenamiento para resolver problemas, no hay gerencia en el lugar, el manejo es pedimo y a distancia, el personal presente carece de conocomiento para resolver problemas, lo que hace que la comunicacion sea nula. Galta entrenamiento al personal.

Die Architektur. Die tollen Betten.

Unser Zimmer wurde am 2. Tag nicht geputzt.
Im Bad waren noch Reste der Gäste vor uns.
Dass man in einem Einkaufscenter wohnt.

Schönes Hotel direkt am Strand
Pros:

Sehr schönens Hotel in Zentraler Lage. Staff ist sehr Aufmerksam, Sehr ruhige Lage am Parque Bolivar. Restaurants sind alle Funssläufig erreichbar, der Strand ist 50 m entfernt. Ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Servicio del personal que atendio.

Cons:

No tiene parqueadero, la entrada es a una bolera. Las habitaciones del segundo piso una entrada mala, no es de hotel sino un poco arreglada, sin ninguna seguridad no confort. Un ruido que no da para dormir.
