Pros:

Habitación muy cómoda, amplia y bien dotada. El desayuno magnífico, muy completo y servido en restaurante con vista al mar. cerca del centro histórico y zona de restaurantes del centro de la ciudad

Pros:

Die Lage ist top, die Anlage sehr sauber und das Frühstück verhältnismäßig gut

Cons:

Leider haben nicht alle Zimmer mit Meerblick auch wirklich einen, da an der Straße Bäume die Sicht blockieren.
Uns wurde ein Flughafentransfer organisiert, 3 Erwachsene mit großen Koffer und es kam das kleinste Taxi das wir im Land bisher gesehen hatten…

El mejor hotel de Santa Marta
Pros:

La vista de la habitación, el aseo y lo cómodo de la habitación. Todo super bacano sobre todo la atención del personal ¡Muy recomendado!

Buena Ubicación, Poco confortable.
Pros:

El personal es amable, presto a brindar la mejor atención, por otro lado su ubicación es bastante central, estas a pocas cuadras de restaurantes, bares y el centro histórico.

Cons:

Pesé a q el tipo de habitación era "Deluxe", realmente no tenia algún plus, la cama supremamente dura, la habitación pequeña y muy básica, btw, es imposible dormir con niños pequeños cuando alrededor hay demasiado ruido (Bares, Cantinas y Vendedores), ademas hay muchas palomas lo que atrae insectos.

Nos gustó mucho el hotel.
Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado cerca a la bahía y a varios lugares de interés. La atención del personal es excelente, y el desayuno es muy rico. Nuestra habitación era bastante amplia y cómoda.

La de ubicación es excelente en la bahía, cerca de todo

Cons:

Las cucarachas en el baño y el racionamiento de la fruta en el desayuno. Una copa de fruta para dos personas, el jabón de baño, el aseo. Nos tocó pedir que asearan las ventanas

Pros:

Preis Leistung war wirklich gut. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer,alles ist fussläufig erreichbar - die Innenstadt, Supermärkte, Drogeriemärkte, Bars, Restaurants, Bankautomat, Hafen, Informationen zu Ausflüge etc. Die Zimmer sind groß. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht und auf der vierten Etage genauso erhalten. Die Unterkunft bot eine Kaffeemaschine und eine Minibar. Das Personal war super freundlich.

Cons:

Die Tauben auf dem Balkon, die sehr viel Dreck hinterlassen und generell ist das Hotel aktuell eher ein Baustellenflair. Daher die Punkte Abzug. Trotzdem hat es mir sehr gut gefallen.

Pros:

El personal es muy amable, nos asesoraron en lo que les preguntamos, el desayuno es bueno, aunque considero que la fruta que dan de cortesía por habitación debería ser por persona.

Cons:

El hotel es limpio, sin embargo, tiene mucho detalle de mantenimiento, se nota en las escaleras, ascensores, e incluso en la habitación los muebles, marcos de las puertas etc.
No usamos la máquina de hacer café porque se encontraba con polvo
