Fantastic Stay & Excellent Service!
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Ms. Athena, who welcomed us and personally saw us off. The location is perfect, right on the beach, which made our experience even better. The rooms were always spotless, and the housekeeping team added a special touch by creating fun towel figures every day.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

Pros:

The staff was super friendly and helpful! The location right by the beach was also nice and it was convenient to get to restaurants etc.

Cons:

Even though the room was cleaned every day, the bathroom always looked a bit dirty still with mold stains in some spots etc. Also, the door handle of the bathroom door was broken.Thus, the value for price was not justified really and we would probably go somewhere else next time.

Lovely amd relaxing
Pros:

Great location. The beach was lovely and the water clear and refreshing. The lady at the reception was super friendly and made us feel very welcome.

Cons:

Minor detail, but the shower curtain in our bathroom didn’t fit very well and made the floor quite wet.

Πολύ ευχάριστη η διαμονή! Πολύ εξυπηρετικό και φιλικό το προσωπικό! Η Αθηνά στην υποδοχή εξαιρετική καθώς και η κοπέλα στο σπα όπως και όλα τα παιδιά στο service ή οι κυρίες που επιμελούνται την καθαριότητα.
Παρόλο που σε λίγες ημέρες το ξενοδοχείο κλείνει, τίποτε δεν μας έκανε να το νιώσουμε. Όλα τα τμήματα λειτουργούσαν κανονικά. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Cons:

Το πρωινό, αν και αρκετά καλό, θα μπορούσε να έχει περισσότερο τοπικό χαρακτήρα. Είναι τόσο πλούσια η κρητική κουζίνα και τόσο πολύτιμα τα προϊόντα της Κρήτης που καλό είναι να υπάρχουν!

Excellent location: coastline, beach/sea + Theodore Island view from the balcony and restaurant terrace. Dozens of taverns, several shops, and public transport stop within five minutes' reach.

Superb room service, friendly and helpful staff.

Luxurious spa treatments and an outstanding massage therapist.

Outstanding breakfast (and kitchen in general).

Overall, a very pleasant experience, with a relaxing, home-like atmosphere.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Everything was great, especially the location and the staff, that was very nice and friendly - it is right on the beach and they have free sunbeds and towels for the customers. The view fron the restaurant was one of the best views in Agia Marina, we saw the best suntrises there.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a screen for the mosquitos for the balcony/window.

Pros:

This hotel is located in the most beautiful place in Crete! With clear sandy sea and magical views! The room was truly royal! Cleaning and towel changes every day!!!! The maids are real sculptors! They created masterpieces from towels! Breakfast was divine! The staff treated you like family. I will definitely come back again!
