The hotel was beautiful as you walk in the view is amazing. The staff is super friendly and very welcoming. Maria greeted us and was great. Themis at the pool side was awesome as well. We will definitely go back here.
Our stay at Mykonos Grand was incredible! The hotel is spotless, smells amazing, and has such a personal touch. Huge thanks to Maria for making our anniversary so special. Our room was a wow with beautiful terrace and sea view .The spa is gorgeous, the gym is great, and the beach area is perfect. Service and staff were truly impeccable—def great breakfast and food ! we can’t wait to come back!
We booked this hotel for two nights in Mykonos with my wife and son based on the 10/10 reviews that we read. We were coming from several nights in Santorini at a true luxury resort, so the bar was set high.
The staff were all extremely nice at the property, the pool and ocean beach were nice. We got a room on the third terrace (300 room), and it had a king bed, a twin bed, bathroom on the smaller side with two very small sinks, a toilet room and a shower room which had a nice steam shower. It also had a patio with an older hot tub as well. When going to bed were became concerned about two things. One, the walkway outside the room was quite noisy with people walking by and the windows and doors only had very light curtains. This ended up really hurting our first night sleep as people came back very late into the night and made a lot of noise getting back to their room (understandable in Mykonos, but unfortunate room position). Also, my family woke up at first light due to the light curtains.
In the morning my family and I, after a tough sleep, decided to depart after one night instead of two. I talked to the front desk and they were very nice and helpful, and brough in their manager who was also really nice. She pointed out that we should've used the outside shutters to make the room darker(hard to see).She also offered to move our room later that day to a different room. In the end, we decided to depart a day early w/ no refund and return back to Santorini :(
We loved the hotel, it had the best pool that we ever seen, very well located, and the staff is just the best! We will defiantly come back.

This was one of the most memorable vacations i’ve had truly due to the extreme genuine friendlyness of the staff. The resort itself is gorgeous and so well maintained. They will truly go up and beyond to ensure you have nothing less than a 5 star experience. There is a daily shuttle to take you into town beginning at 7 pm every hour until midnight that makes exploring Mykonos easy

But nothing has come close to the level of care, attention, and warmth we received at the Mykonos Grand Hotel & Spa.
From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. The staff greeted us warmly—offering drinks, candy, and chocolates to our daughters—and personally introduced us to the resort’s amenities and activities. It wasn’t just us; every guest walking through those doors received the same exceptional welcome and service.
Our ocean-view room was breathtaking, complete with a beautiful balcony and luxurious outdoor furniture that let us enjoy the views of the hills, the sea, and the stunning pool area. The service throughout—from the lunch and dinner teams, to the breakfast staff, the pool and beach team, and even the beachside food delivery staff—was flawless. Every staff member we encountered was kind, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect.
A special highlight was the spa experience. My wife and I, along with our daughters, had massages two days in a row—and we all agreed they were the best massages we’ve ever had, and we’ve had many around the world. The spa team was outstanding !!

The most amazing hotel/resort I have ever stayed at. Fantastic service- everyone there was so friendly and accommodating. Two amazing pools and a great beach area. The rooms are pristine and extremely comfortable. Could not recommend more!!!
The property is very well managed and the staff is very welcoming and lovely. The food and service was impeccable. The breakfast was consistently fantastic. The nightly shuttle was convenient. We will be back next year!
