Das Mykonos Grand Hotel bietet höchsten Komfort und eine atemberaubende Aussicht direkt auf das Meer. Der Strand ist wunderschön und gepflegt, der beheizte Pool ideal zum Entspannen.
Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, und das Essen – vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen – hervorragend.
Besonders praktisch: Shuttle in die Stadt (sehr zuverlässig!).
Liebevolle Details wie kleine tägliche Überraschungen haben unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht.

I believe that The Mykonos Grand has the best sunset views on the island. I love the hotel because the staff are amazing and tret you like old friends. The service is exception and intuitive.

Perfect luxury hotel - little bit of heaven on earth
Pros:

The main swimming pool is seriously the best ever pool we’ve swum in. They managed to get the salt level just right, it’s huge, clear, clean, never crowded and the perfect temperature. The hotel staff were incredible - so kind and friendly without being in your face. The beach was lovely too and our suite was great with a little gift being left each evening and a welcome bottle and basket of fruit on arrival. We even managed to use the well equipped gym during our stay.

Our stay at Mykonos Grand was incredible! The hotel is spotless, smells amazing, and has such a personal touch. Huge thanks to Maria for making our anniversary so special. Our room was a wow with beautiful terrace and sea view .The spa is gorgeous, the gym is great, and the beach area is perfect. Service and staff were truly impeccable—def great breakfast and food ! we can’t wait to come back!

The perfect spot for a swimmable private beach in a nice, not crowded location.

Great Staff, Not quite a 10/10, More like an 8/10
Pros:

We booked this hotel for two nights in Mykonos with my wife and son based on the 10/10 reviews that we read. We were coming from several nights in Santorini at a true luxury resort, so the bar was set high.

The staff were all extremely nice at the property, the pool and ocean beach were nice. We got a room on the third terrace (300 room), and it had a king bed, a twin bed, bathroom on the smaller side with two very small sinks, a toilet room and a shower room which had a nice steam shower. It also had a patio with an older hot tub as well. When going to bed were became concerned about two things. One, the walkway outside the room was quite noisy with people walking by and the windows and doors only had very light curtains. This ended up really hurting our first night sleep as people came back very late into the night and made a lot of noise getting back to their room (understandable in Mykonos, but unfortunate room position). Also, my family woke up at first light due to the light curtains.

In the morning my family and I, after a tough sleep, decided to depart after one night instead of two. I talked to the front desk and they were very nice and helpful, and brough in their manager who was also really nice. She pointed out that we should've used the outside shutters to make the room darker(hard to see).She also offered to move our room later that day to a different room. In the end, we decided to depart a day early w/ no refund and return back to Santorini :(

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in
Pros:

Beautiful property!!! Views from everywhere were stunning. Loved our room, the shower, the toiletries. Lovely beach and excellent sun beds. Appreciated free shuttle bus into the town. My favourite thing was the huge perfectly climate controlled swimming pool. It is by far the best swimming pool I have ever used. Every member of staff was also exceptional. The food was also excellent

Cons:

The only thing that was not up to standard was the sofa bed. Unfortunately, it was very uncomfortable, poor quality and not fit for purpose They are much better and more comfortable sofa beds that I have used and so these need to be upgraded to reach the quality of the rest of the property.
