Pros:

The location is in the heart of the city centre where you can eat and buy conveniently.

Cons:

The car park is a little bit far away from the hotel. At the car park, guests cannot access to the hotel by the room card. They need to speak to the reception staff over the microphone at rear entrance link to the car park. There is also no loading zone at the entrance of the hotel.
Regarding breakfast, there was no refilling for pancake even early at 0835 hours upon request by guests (breakfast time ends at 10 am).

Pros:

Millie and Katie were amazing. We stayed for my daughter's birthday and they arranged for a helium balloon and snacks in our room. I'm so grateful to them.

Pros:

In general it was all ok, the staff was very polite and supportive.

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable and not flat, I guess it's used too much, or not good in quality.

It was a good location in the centre of lovely Middlesbrough. The breakfast was very good and lots of choice. The staff were very friendly and excellent.
