Horrible experience ever

Room was clean and breakfast was decent

Cons:

Air conditioner wasn’t work and I requested for change my room but staff denied to change and make excuse there is not room availability. When I checked on website there is 1 room available.

Zimmer: Sauber, nicht sehr groß aber zweckmäßig, viele Steckdosen.
Bett: Sauber und bequem.
Frühstück: Sehr gut, umfangreich mit großer Auswahl.
Empfang: Obst und Getränke immer vorhanden.

Cons:

Duschkabine: Undicht und mit Schimmelflecken, der Rest der Dusche und des Waschtisches sind ansonsten sauber.
