Lovely hotel, pleasant staff and good temperature in room
Pros:

Comfortable room with aircon. Cold.drinks in reception and fruit. Pleasant, helpful staff.
Decent breakfast

Cons:

Didn't see any granola or fruit salad on breakfast bar.

Holiday Inn Middlesborough
Pros:

Room was clean, disabled parking was free but not a good experience staying there.

Cons:

Noise all night from cars racing up and down the road. It was warm so had to have window open.Not disabled friendly as steps up to hotel from car park and difficulty finding anywhere in hotel as signs not clear. Too many stairs so not good for someone like me with mobility issues. Not enough plug sockets near to bed

Very pleasant stay at Middlesbrough Holiday Inn
Pros:

Very convenient town centre location and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredible and did everything they could to ensure we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room overlooked a small park and fountain area. It was spotless and contained everything we needed. The air con was effective and very much appreciated. The self service breakfast was most enjoyable.
