Original room located next to lorry delivery bay in Cleveland shopping centre. Very loud until early hours of the morning

Felt Modern. Bed was super comfy. So was the pillows. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.
No grout on the bathroom tiles on the floor so tripping hazard. Shower had no pressure. Random stains on the wall. No orange juice or knives when it came to breakfast. AC stopped working
Excellent location
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The only issue I had was on a personal level. There wasn’t a great selection of beers at the bar. I had a particularly unpleasant beer called Camden Pale Ale. Would have preferred more common drinks such as Carlin’s or John Smiths/Boddingtons. Also bar prices very expensive. Only a personal opinion and in no way reflects badly on our overall opinion. We would be more than happy to stay again

I had flown in, caught a train and arrived at around 12 noon. I hoped there would be a room ready so that I could drop my bag off and freshen up before going out. This was not possible so I had to leave my bag there until after 3pm. I could not believe that in a hotel with so many rooms that there was not a single room ready before 3pm. It put me off using the chain again.
The mattress was as hard as nails so I did not sleep well.
Breakfast was like a cattle market. Not enough tables so had to ask another guest if I could join him. Not relaxing at all. I was wary of going to get a coffee in case the staff cleared my place so that someone else could sit down.

I had wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the beautiful surroundings.
The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Breakfast was fresh and had a good variety of options.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. I would happily stay here again in the future.
