disappointing stay due to traffic noise during the night
Pros:

evening meal was good and so was breakfast room was clean

Cons:

.1.Very poor signs where the hotel was took a while to find and parking no information on where to park.
-2- room windows very poor heard a lot of traffic in the night including drunks, shouting in the night hotels I have stayed in overseas at least had triple glazing to keep all outside noise out.
-3- water stopped running in the morning could not brush teeth properly.

Ideal for events at town hall.
Pros:

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast choice was excellent and the meals from the restaurant were good value. The choice was a little limited even when not affected by technical issues.

Cons:

We found the need to go to 3 then down to 1 was inconvenient but we appreciate the need for this while rooms are being renovated.
The bin men opening and closing ramp gates and emptying the bins in the early hours disturbed us as we were next to the gates.
