The staff were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

The entrance to the car park is not very well sign posted and it wasn't made clear that there was a £6 per night charge to use it.

Convenient bolthole, let down by the finish
Pros:

This is a convenient hotel close to the train station. Check in staff were lovely. Breakfast also deserves a shout out - the bacon was really exceptional.

Cons:

The layout is a bit odd, convoluted walk to my room. The room itself was large, but definitely tired with some questionable DIY (large exposed areas of filler). The bathroom however was very clean and less tired. Bed also very soft, doesn't work for my back but if you like soft you'll be happy!

Again 100% perfection
Pros:

Stayed for 1 night this time with my daughter just for a stop to see friends.
Cant really say much apart from perfect. Room was very clean and tidy could not find a single fault.
Check in was quickly done by Craig gave all the info needed and made sure I didn't need anything during my stay.
Special metion to Eddie too who is always friendly and helpful.
Breakfast 100% everything you need to start the day.
Can't wait for my 1 week stay in August.
Anyone looking for a hotel for Middlesbrough/ hartlepool then choose this hotel location is perfect.
Thank you to all staff at this hotel.

Visiting Family
Pros:

We stayed for 2 nights, to visit family in April. The hotel is centrally located. The reception team are super friendly and efficient. The hotel is in good order and has plenty of cleaning staff on hand to turn rooms around quickly. The rooms themselves are comfortable, clean and well appointed. The breakfast was incl and was ok, not much flavour, with anything, however for the price it’s a bargain.

Superb Stay
Pros:

On arrival we were greeted with friendly staff who were having a informal uniform day to which they told us they were thoroughly enjoying.
The room was spotless as was the rest of the Hotel.
Breakfast was plentiful and cooked perfectly.
One of the best breakfasts our party had enjoyed whilst staying in various hotels in the UK.
