Ambiente familiar, la limpieza excelente en las habitaciones y alberca, , hay chapoteadero y un gran inflable con agua para que se entretengan los niños. El personal súper amable. Recomendable que llevas auto por si quieres salir a lugares alrededor, aunque hay servicio de taxi también si no quieres manejar.

Cuartos pequeños e incómodos y pésimo servicio en restaurante, para ser 4 estrellas.

Que está frente a la playa

Cons:

Las habitaciones pequeñas así como el baño, faltan muebles para maletas, ventana muy pequeña, las llaves de tarjeta de la habitación cada rato fallaba, la alberca es grande pero muy accidentada por los asientos, el restauran no tiene mucha variedad de alimentos, con precios caros, los meseros no atienden luego, pero exigen propina.

La ubicacion en la que se encuentra y que casi la mayor parte del personal fue atento y amable

Cons:

La realidad es que tuve que dejar mi estancia a las 8pm debido a que despues de haber reportado por la tarde la presencia de plaga (hormigas e insectos) en el interior de la habitacion, asi como en las camas y el baño, la solucion rapida fue llenar de insecticida de uso domestico el cuarto el cual de por si ya se encontraba en la habitacion como parte de las amenidades, pasadas las horas y sin haber solucionado el problema ya que aun despues continuaba el problema. Por comodidad e Higiene decidí salir del alojamiento, ofrecieron cambiar de habitación despues de haberlo reportado aqui en booking y ellos contactar al alojamiento, una primera vez que terminó en mala experiencia.
