Pros:

Nejlepsi misto v Cechach. Neskutecna atmosfera, prijemny staff, velke pokoje, uklidnujuci wellness, zamecky park, a neuveritelne jidlo na snidani i veceri. Moc nevim, co rict, protoze v Cechach jsem nebyl v lepsim rezortu. Navic mazlicci jsou povoleni, coz pro nasi kocku je skvele.

Vyjímečný zážitek ve vyjímečném prostředí, oáza klidu a elegance.
Pros:

Naprosto skvělý servis a ochota. Zde dámy a pánové poskytují dokonalý servis dámám a pánům. Přivítání růží a sklenkou sektu při příjezdu a přistavení auta ometeného od sněhu při odjezdu předčí očekávání. Citlivá rekonstrukce památky, teplo, vůně, ticho a tma dělají z tohoto hotelu oázu.

Jestli se chcete resetovat od vnějšího světa, tak tohle je to správné místo.

Cons:

Co se týče pejsků, za mě by bylo ještě o chlup lepší, kdyby pejsci dostávali k zapůjčení pelíšek jako jsme to měli v Puppu v Karlových Varech.

Úžasné místo pro relax s miminkem. Náš víkend byl naprosto bezchybný.
Pros:

Naprosto úžasný personál, který nás hýčkal od začátku do konce. Perfektně uklizené pokoje, krásné historické prostředí a pocit soukromí na každém kroku. Wellness je jeden velký sen – klid, čistota a skvělé služby. Jídlo v restauraci bylo výborné a celkově jsme z celého pobytu měli pocit opravdového odpočinku. Úžasné místo pro relax a pro nás dokonalý první víkend mimo domov s miminkem.

Cons:

Nic. Pobyt byl bezchybný a nenarazili jsme na jedinou věc, kterou bychom mohli kritizovat.

Autumn magic
Pros:

This was our second visit in the autumn, the place is magical in this season.We love the location, the nature, the friendly staff. This is one of the few hotels worldwide where we could light a fireplace in the library room and play chess next to it while keeping the fire burning on our own. Really a wonderful experience!

Cons:

We had a water saving shower head in the room bathroom. It was impossible to wash my long hair with the amount of water coming out, it felt like mist. The showers in the spa were great.

Snídaně až od 8h, když v 8h odjíždíte, je mínus. Sice nabízí balíček ale studený toust to moc nezachrání. Plus alespoň za ochotu.
