Ordentliches vier Sterne Hotel

Insgesamt auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung, die Anlage ist extrem stylisch und modern, tolle Pools, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal und auch das Essen ist wirklich auf hohem Niveau. Abstriche würde ich beim Zimmer machen, das definitiv keinen fünf Sterne-Komfort bietet. Das Bad ist sehr klein, nur ein Waschbecken, kaum Ablagen, die Handtücher, teilweise schon etwas verwaschen und in die Jahre gekommen. Absolutes No-go ist die alte und laute Klimaanlage. So etwas sollte heute in keinem Hotel mehr zu finden sein. Das Personal ist extrem hilfreich: als wir Ameisen im Zimmer gemeldet hatten, war innerhalb von 5 Minuten jemand mit Ungezieferspray unterwegs.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Cook. The loft room was perfect with a wonderful swim up pool just outside, we had the most relaxing time. It was my birthday and they gave me a complimentary cake and bottle of Prosecco which was really thoughtful. The staff were friendly and approachable and professional, I would definitely go again

The atmosphere, the vibe, the quiet, the place itself were like a dream for a five days.

This hotel is pure bliss. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing get away, Casa Cook is perfect. The swim up rooms are glorious and the two main pools are great relaxing vibes with a bit of atmosphere. The food was delicious and varied every day. If you are looking for a party, go his wouldn’t be ideal as it is very quiet and couple focused but you can visit the sister hotel next door for evening entertainment and the beach is also close by.
