住那麼多的飯店.第一次連浴巾跟毛巾都不敢用.(浴巾.毛巾跟地上的腳踏巾依樣髒).電梯也沒管控.任何人隨時可上到房間樓層.唯一的優點櫃台人員服務態度超級好.房間煙味很重.

Location is good & the staff is helpful. Unfortunately, I lost my own small pillow leave on my bed when I go out. Please pay attention of guest belongings when you clean up rooms. Anyway, its good staying there. Thanks so much!

尚算不錯，3人行所以房間好大，有全幅窗口所以陽光充足，交通方便，羅東火車站就在對面早上看見乘客上火車(清靜)和巴士站。
服務員也友善及有效率。

9/17訂經典四人房在12樓，剛進房間感覺不錯，從房間看出去的視野很好，但接下來卻是悲劇的開始....大女兒打開冰箱發現有前一個房客留下了沒喝完的手搖飲料沒處理掉，飯店提供房內穿的拖鞋也有一雙有破洞，房間的Wifi怎麼也無法連線，去羅東夜市買的晚餐放在桌上沒多久就爬滿螞蟻，通知服務人員是帶著酒精進來清潔，說桌子不要靠牆就好，換一張不靠牆的桌子放到隔天還是爬滿螞蟻，仔細找螞蟻從哪來發現是從木頭地板的細縫爬出來的，發生這些狀況真的再也不敢恭維了
