現場報到給房號，開門時發現裡面根本還沒整理。到櫃檯詢問櫃檯，櫃檯人員請我們稍等20分鐘整理房間。在上去要拖行李下樓等時遇到房務員告知無法馬上好，請櫃檯在給別間房間，才解決問題。
