Raňajky. To bolo z celého pobytu jediné čo by som vyzdvihol. Pani ktorá bola pri raňajkách bola usmievavá, prívetivá, milá a vyšla nám vo všetkom v ústrety. Ak by bol hotel na takej úrovni ako táto zamestnankyňa tak hotel by bol luxusný.
Kde začať :
- objednali sme si ubytovanie v hoteli Rottal no bývali sme v penzióne Lípa.
- v popise bolo, že izby sú klimatizované, čo nebola pravda
- ešte som nezažil, aby na izbe boli poháre z plastu, jednorazové poháre z ktorych deti nevedeli piť.
V reštaurácii pod izbou mala uzavretá spoločnosť oslavu. Hlasná hudba, krik, smiech, túrovanie motorov do jednej rána. Potom sa zamestnanec rozhodol presunúť servírovací vozík s príbormi a vybavením po chodníku zo zámkovej dlažby. Zobudil tým deti, ktoré konečne po tom hluku zaspali. Za toto však hotel nemôže. Môže však za to, za v izbe bola teplota cez 30 stupňov. Keďže klimatizácia absentovala jediná možnosť bola otvoriť okno. To sa však nedalo kvôli tomu, čo sa dialo vonku. V aute na parkovisku by som sa vyspal lepšie ako v apartmáne ktorý sme mali.
Čistota, personál, cena.
Rušná ulice pod okny, na snídani mi chybí slanina :-)
Restaurant schön. Nettes Personal.
Föhn wären schön. Matratze gut, Kopfkissen würde eine Reinigung vertragen. Rezeption ab 1800 nicht mehr besetzt. Zimmer laut, da direkt an der Straße.

Objednala jsem pro kamarády na jednu noc + na snídani, snídaně malé.
Kamarádi vůbec nebydleli v hotelu ale poslali je do nějakého penzionu, měli mít manželskou postel ale měli oddělené postele, na recepci prý nikdo nefungoval ! Snídaně prý nebyly dostačující
