Ein sehr schön gelegenes Hotel mit allem Komfort, was man sich wünschen kann.
Pros:

Beide Mahlzeiten / HP sehr gut! Für uns beide war alles perfekt.

Rádi se vrátíme
Pros:

Naprosto úžasný, vstřícný personál. Bohatý výběr na snídani. Pokoj naprosto prostorný , pohodlná postel, klid a výhled do lesa a na sjezdovku ještě víc umocnil pocit klidu a odpočinku.
Bazén, vířivka super.

Cons:

Zahrada by si zasloužila více péče.
Výtah u vstupu k recepci .

Friendly staff, good location, confortable bed and nice facilities. Breakfast was good and everything was refilled constantly. Receptionist was helpful and friendly.

Nur nicht ins Cafe Royal gehen, sonst gut.
Pros:

Das Personal im Restaurant beim Frühstück und Abendessen sehr freundlich. Das Essen sehr gut. Die Lage und Aussicht super.

Cons:

Dame, die im Café Royal bedient hat, war nahe zu aggressiv. Hat mich werbal angegriffen ohne einen Grund dafür. Meine Beschwerde an der Rezeption war ohne Folgen geblieben.
Wegen dem Vorfall war unser Urlaub ruiniert.

Außerdem, keine Handtücher im Spabereich.

Vše drženo v kvalitě lázeňského hotelu. Krásné obrazy, příjemný personál a kousek ke kolonádě.
