в целом очень хороший отель: чисто, красиво, замечательные завтраки, как полагается в 5-ке с шампанским, есть возможность заказать завтрак в номер.
к сожалению, сотрудники не смогли утихомирить наших соседей (одну ночь рядом расположилась веселая компания в номере), пришлось нам среди ночи переходить в другой номер, мы не выспались. не просто дозвониться до рецепции, в номере нет молока/сливок, хотя это стандартный набор для 5-ки.

Добрый день.Отличное расположение отеля.Самый центр города.Все достопримечательности, за исключением Родины- мать, в шаговой доступности.Куча приличных кафе и ресторанов, с очень демократичными ценами.Номер нормальный.Завтрак на мой взгляд, не стоит таких денег.До аэропорта, ехать пол часа на такси( 400руб).По соотношению цена- качество, это лучше место в Волгограде.

Отличный отель,смвеликолепной локацией, в номерах чисто, хорошее посиельное белье, было немного жарко, но это для меня, топили от души. Завтрак был средний, на 3+, спишем это на ковид.

A good hotel, great location, reasonable price
Pros:

A good quality hotel right in the center of Volgograd. Easy each of all main areas including tourist spots such as heroes ally, Zum and the train station.

Its a reasonable 4 star not good 5 star hotel. The reception is small but well appointed, customer service is patchy and the receptionists dont control people barging in while serving you. That said the entrance is clean and well appointed.

The rooms are large, clean, comfortable and decorated to a very good standard - the bathroom hotels was excellent, after figuring out the cryptic shower controls!

We didn't try the hotel restaurant as the excellent michalen listed"meat and fish" restaurant is a 5 minute walk away, as are numerous bars and other places to eat.

Breakfast is well, Russian breakfast - lots of sausage, meat and nasty cheese - Russian cheese really is bad. Other than that there was porridge, some fruit and little service on offer.

Overall at the price, an excellent option if you are vising the hero city of Volgograd,

Walking distance to magor historical attractions. Cool to stay in a hotel that survived the war. Beautiful architectural and historical building. Not expensive to stay here. Some staff speak English.

Pros:

This is a first class property in what is otherwise a bit of a wasteland. Impressively renovated, lots of marble all over the public spaces, and high quality rooms with lots of small touches. When did you last find a razor and toothbrush kit in a bathroom ? Breakfast was continental but plentiful -- entirely self-service, including coffee and tea, I did not interact much with staff, but they were generally helpful and responsive. Definitely THE place to stay in Volgograd.
