The property is nicely kept, inside and outside.

Cons:

That I couldn’t enjoy the pool or jacuzzi do to so many children playing , jumping in the pool and they took over the jacuzzi at night, I wasn’t able to use it 3 night out of the 7 days I stayed.
My kitchen facet and a constant leak the entire stay. I had to place napkins around it when I used it.

The fireplace and fire pits in the courtyard., The dog treats in the lobby and dog water, the fresh fused complementary water in the lobby.. I LOVED the cookies when checking it

Nothing, had a really bad experience at this hotel.

Cons:

My wife stayed two nights with my two young daughters at this location after a flight cancellation. We have never had any bad experiences at any of the hotels we have stayed before except this time.

The bed was broken. All the other furniture was very old. My wife requested a 1 hour late checkout and it was denied.

The manager Nikolas Bank was very rude. We tried to make the argument that a late checkout would go a long way considering the bed was broken with exposed nails, still the 1 hour extra checkout time was denied with an attitude. This was very frustrating, considering we paid $635 for just 2 nights.

At the end, when I informed the manager that we wouldn't be staying at this hotel anymore, he then proceeded to say, "well, we will block you from the hotel" and proceeded to hang up the phone.

I have never posted a bad review of any hotel in the past. But this hotel, definitely deserved.The first bat review for me.

Great stay!
Pros:

Really beautiful property. Front desk was so nice for checking in and out. Upgraded our room for free. Room was very spacious clean and comfortable. I rated 9/10 because the rooms are slightly dated but still really beautiful. Rooms were quiet, hotel smelled nice and was clean organized. Free breakfast was actually really awesome too with a lot of options of hot food and wait staff at breakfast was lovely! Plenty of parking spots as well

You won't regret choosing gainey ranch
Pros:

Rooms, staff, location, pool, the view. We've stayed here several times and we just keep coming back. We've tried other places while visiting Arizona and nothing's beat it. Whether single, a couple, a family, for work or got pleasure, you won't regret staying at gainey ranch.
