Incredible hotel with amazing staff, pool, room, food, etc.
Pros:

It was incredibly comfortable and the staff/resources were so hospitable. I couldn't believe the breakfast! It was so good and so many options (different ones each morning). And the complementary happy hour was a bonus, absolutely loved that. The pool was incredible. All around I was overly impressed by my stay!

Our stay was comfortable and the amentities were great.
Pros:

Rooms were clean. Having a kitchen in the room was great. The air conditioner worked well. The pool was clean. Plenty of seating. Having breakfast provided in the morning was great. My kids loved the waffles. Also the happy hour was great.

Cons:

The hot tub needs to be scrubbed. The pool blue tiles around the pool have some foul things written on them.

Great location and affordable extra space for a family.
Pros:

Sonesta is in an excellent location for family friendly fun. Only about 10 minutes from the Arizona Boardwalk, Odysea Aquarium, Butterfly Wonderland, and more. About 20 minutes from Phoenix Zoo. The pool area was nice and very popular. The complimentary happy-hour was a very nice touch and a chance to meet other guests. It was an excellent value for the price, we got a 2 bedroom suite which was ideal for a heavy snoring partner.

Cons:

The property is a bit dated, but well maintained. The refrigerator worked well, but was very loud. Our room had a kitchenette with a stove top, but we mistakenly thought it included an oven. So our frozen pizza night didn't work out.

Pros:

Breakfast. pleasant staff, happy hour compliment beer and wine with bites and the cleanliness.

Cons:

The design of the shower with shower door opening was very awkward.

We enjoyed our stay, particularly the location, happy hour, and upgraded breakfast offerings.
Pros:

We particularly enjoyed the evening happy hour. We had stayed at the hotel about three years ago, and at that time the complimentary breakfast was quite basic, while a more extensive breakfast was available for an additional $6 per person. It was a pleasant surprise to see that the complimentary breakfast has since been significantly improved and now includes a much broader variety of options. The hotel's location is very convenient, with a supermarket, shops, and plenty of dining options within walking distance. We also enjoyed spending time by the pool. However, we felt that the pool area would be even more relaxing without music playing in the background, allowing guests to enjoy the peace and quiet.

Cons:

We stayed on one of the upper floors. Since the windows could not be opened, there was no natural ventilation in the room. We had to rely on the air conditioning, but that created a rather artificial and cold atmosphere. It would be much better if the windows could be opened, even partially, to allow some fresh air into the room.

Although our room was located close to the elevators, the elevators were under maintenance during our stay, which made access less convenient.

Rooms are decently equipped and good size, breakfast is good, location is very good.

Cons:

Elevator not working. Rooms need better maintenance. Scheduled room cleaning was skipped one day and noticed it late, when the cleaning staff was gone.
