Housekeeping was really bad . The room was cleaned twice in our 7 day stay. It will be good to provide an electric kettle in the room and maybe some complimentary mineral water. Breakfast was bland and boring

Excellent.
Pros:

It was an easy location and convenient for travelling up and down N. Scottsdale Road. The suite was very well equipped.

Cons:

The pool area was pleasant but the water was a bit too chilly!

Pros:

We really like the space in the suites. The breakfast was excellent, and the pool in the workout room were great. The customer service was very prompt and responsive, and that helped to enjoy our stay even more.

Definitely I recommend it!
Pros:

The welcome and the super attention Mr. Fausto did for my family and my dogs 🐕 . I love how nice they were with my dogs really welcome and friendly hotel 🏨 the pool was very clean and the patio too ❤️ everyone that works there are so amazing in what they do and friendly . Definitely I will choose this hotel again ❤️

Pros:

The grounds, landscaping, and pool area are very nice. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable with a lots of space in the room. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely be going back!

Très beaux quartiers, très bien situé, bel hôtel.

Cons:

Chambre au rez de chaussée plutôt sombre et bruyante si le bar est plein, nous entendions les clients parler et rire… nous avons tout de même pu profiter d’une nuit calme après cela
