We liked everything about the hotel, from the breakfasts to the hard-working staff to the pool and hot tub.
There was some confusion when we checked in. They had an incorrect first name for me, and it took at least 10 minutes for the registration staff to sort the problem out. Don't know if the fault was Booking or the hotel.
Spacious room great location. Roll in shower with great transfer chair for shower.
I checked out an hour after checking in and went to the hotel across the street. Aarchway is a party hotel. Better for a younger crowd. Not suited for anyone wanting to sleep in their hotel room.
What a lovely inn to welcome us to Moab! We love our room, our beds, our amenities, the breakfast place, the pool, and the beautiful nature surrounding it.

We absolutely loved this hotel! Perfect location and so close to Arches NP. Comfortable beds and pillows. Cold A/C, great continental breakfast and nice pool.
Need better blow dryers in the rooms.
Very nice beds and Very quiet
Charming, comfortable, even in appearance. Not a cookie-cutter rectangular high rise like all the adjacent ones, yet much more modern than the standard motels from 50's/60's. Beautiful grounds with lawn in courtyard, playground, heated pool & hot tub (though we did not use these ourselves). Breakfast included was substantial; not just cereal, pastry.
Staff all friendly, pro-active, helpful. Easy to use key card system for secure entry to building from outside as well as room. Room amenities including single cup coffee maker, microwave & small refrigerator. Great system of easy to use curtains for room darkening at night as well as keeping hot afternoon sun out but still have light in room. Screened window opens for fresh air when preferred.
Closest to Arches and Canyonland!
Breakfast (eggs, sausage, gravy, hash browns) was not hot - not really even warm - whether we were there at 6:30am or 8am (* but all nicely prepared and looked appealing *)
Refrigerator noisy.
