Pros:

This place has good value and area was quiet and easy walking to shopping and food. Less traffic than in Old Town. Just beware that you can hear sound from other rooms but wasn't a big deal overnight. Beds were a bit hard for my taste. Easy pickup spot for Grab. No safes in room but they offer lockers near reception that worked great.

WiFi doesn’t work properly make shift beds no proper bed sheets no proper tv channels unconcerned management stayed one night out of four nights.I normally don’t leave review but this is the first time because this is not a good value for your money. Sorry

Es un hotel aceptable, sería conveniente que le hicieran algunos arreglos y mejoras y lo más importante creo que debieran cambiar a toallas blancas que son las toallas que expresan más pulcritud. Yo no le recomendaría al Hotel continuar con toallas rojas debieran irlas cambiando, si ofrecen desayuno en el servicio cuando se reserva una habitación, este desayuno debe ser de calidad y creo que ahí deben mejorar, no dispone de chocolate una bebida Que es consumida por mucha gente en el mundo

Great location and good value for money!
Pros:

2nd time staying at this hotel. Very quiet location and yet near to night market and also near the river (5 minute walk).
In my opinion hotel is very good value for money.
Staff on front desk friendly and helpful.
I would stay at this hotel again

コロナの影響もあり、朝食はメニューからのオーダー式でしたが、普通に満足。
部屋は少し古い感じであったが、清潔感はある。
部屋にコーヒー、紅茶があると良かった。
立地は中心地まで距離があるが、歩いて回れる範囲であった。

Good location, basic features
Pros:

The location is very good, and very walkable, but a few minor improvements would go a long way. I was staying at the end of the hallway, so WiFi was sporadic at best in parts of the room, which i found frustrating. An in room safe (where we would provide our own lock) would also leave me with a little more peace of mind. Mattress was hard, though this seems common in other hotels at this price range. Not a big fan of needing a key card for power, sometimes you want to charge devices while you're out and about. Overall, not terrible but nothing spectactular either.

①テレビが全く見れなかったことと、Check-outで②タクシーを頼んだのですがソンテオがきたし、③通常のタクシーでTHB150なのに、THB200も請求された。Check-inの際のSるStaffの対応は良かったです

Excellant. Very good job from the staff of hotel. Just little bit sad of the kettle inside the room. ( Every hotel we been have a small kettle inside the room. They can boil water inside their room. Don't need go to counter ask for hot water very time they need it) Me and my members friends are don't like about. Hope the manager of this hotel have to look about it. It's can improve what customers need. (KETTLE AND HAIR DRY MOST IMPORTANAN to all customers who stay at your People Place Hotel). Upgrade it. Tvm

This is a good location just outside the night bazaar and in easy access by foot to many of the sites. The staff was accommodating, rooms comfortable. I would come back.

Good clean rooms. Nice breakfast offering made to order hot item. Staff very kind although we speak little to no Thai we managed well enough.
