Perfect Place - Perfect Staff - Wonderful Rooms and Onsite Restaurant/Cafe

My stays here are always perfect.

Professional, friendly, low-key staff. Always helpful. Easy to work with.

Onsite restaurant/bar was wonderful. Great service. Food and drinks (coffee especially) excellent. Pleasant atmosphere.

Rooms large, clean and comfy. Everything you need. Quiet and great minibar.

Location near everything needed. Bolt (Uber) available 24/7 in moments.

Can't wait to be there again.

Postele (človek sa dokázal krásne vyspať)
Raňajky
Poloha hotela (blízko ku všetkému podstatnému v meste)

Cons:

Občasný hluk z ulice pri zatvorených oknách, aj keď je hotel situovaný v bočnej ulici, kde nie je veľká premávka (zvukotesnosť by sa mohla zlepšiť)
Koberec by si už zaslúžil výmenu
Upratovacia služba zabudla v jeden deň zatvoriť po upratovaní okno (v izbe po príchode večer na hotel nebola úplne pohodová teplota).

Everything You'd Want - A Perfect Stay and Great Staff
Pros:

What's to say? Everything's perfect, as always.

Exactly what you'd dream of from a hotel in every way, albeit in a small town with not much to do. I always feel lucky to get a room here when one's available and my life takes me to Zlin. It makes the journey worthwhile, or at least tolerable.

Pros:

Nice hotel, clean and staff was very friendly. Nothing to complain about

Cons:

The AC in the room was making weird noises throughout the whole night, so it was waking me up. However, I do not think that this is a hotel wide problem. I believe it was only my room and it will get fixed

Jednou za rok jedu do Zlína a vždy bydlím Baltaci Atrium,spokojenost a snídaně tam prostěmiluju,najdete tam prostě všechno.

Pros:

Příjemné prostředí , hotel jsme využili pro přespání po společenské akci konané v hotelu. Krásný centrální prostor s proskleným výtahem do pokojů. Chutná společná večeře i raut. Pokoje prostorné, nadstandartní koupelna s vanou, župan a papuče navodily pohodlí hotelu. Sem tam opotřebovaný nábytek dojem nekazil. Vyšší stropy a vybavení pokoje navodily dojem Baťa éry.
Snídaně velmi pestrá a to i vzhledem k faktu, že hotel by minimálně obsazen. Inzerované sauny jsme nevyužili.
Parkování pod hotelem bez poplatku.
Pěší docházka do města. Perlivá i neperlivá voda včetně drobných sladkostí potěšilo.
