Did not book the breakfast in hotel
I ask to make up room the next day when I went out but was not done when I came back.

これはホテルが悪いわけではなくエクスペディアに問題がある。朝食付きを予約したがチェックインすると朝食はついていないと言われた。
確かにホテル側の予約表を見ると朝食は無い仕様となっている。しかし自分の旅程の内容は朝食付きになっている。これを説明したところ、フロントも渋々朝食を付けてくれた。
その後、シャワーの温度が上がらず、ベットと枕は臭いが強い。テンションが下がった。
Hotel was dirty and did not smell nice
Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! We booked three upper deluxe room. Showed up and was told rooms were sold out. The receptionist had to go make several phone calls to management who was not on site. Hotel tried to make us pay extra for one room upgrade while downgrading the other two rooms. They comped us by giving us “breakfast” even though our booking included breakfast. Breakfast was very limited. My daughter ended up having a stomach ache afterwards. Only one working elevator. The lights in the stairways were not well lit making it dangerous at night to use. The AC did not function. Bugs crawling in the rooms. Bathrooms were moldy with low water pressure for showers. Parking advertised as free but ended up costing us money. Fortunately, we booked only one night. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. Try a 1 star motel. Take your money elsewhere and do not book here.
Air-condition bad
I booked this through Expedia for a next day stay for 3 nights by mistake and put a cancellation in within 2 minutes.
Expedia said they couldn't get hold of the hotel and it would take 72hrs to reply.. i recived a reply in over 72hrs to tell me that they wouldn't exept and refund my cancellation.
The location was perfect with a variety of restaurants (Vietnamese, French, Pizzeria, Sushi, cafés, etc…) and other services (barber, convenience stores, malls, cinemas, grocery store, markets, juice bars, tailor) within 1km walking distance.
I extended my stay from 3 nights to almost 2 weeks. Kettle, fridge, quiet A/C. Very friendly and helpful staff.
I forgot to use my breakfast ticket (didn’t realize i had some). The wifi access was a problem at the beginning of the stay but once fixed, it worked fine for the rest of my stay. Not much of a view from my window but not a big deal for me. Hot water would take a very long time to come.
The breakfast is not good, hallways were dirty and bad smell……
