Schöne Zimmer, top Location, super Gym, ein sehr leckeres Frühstück, dass alle Wünsche erfüllt und sehr nettes Personal. Ein wirklich rundum tolles Hotel. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.
Pros:

The location is perfect, just around the train station. The room #510 was small but completely functional for my stay. I liked the breakfast buffet. I wish the breakfast time could be extended to 10:30 AM. Maintenance staff was very responsive to fix a clocked sink and a non functional safe due to the battery.

Cons:

Due to the cold weather my room was rather cold and the heat did not provide any results. Sometimes the bar area was so full that the hotel guests could not really find a space to sit down around 5:00 - 6:00 PM. May the bar is a popular spot for working people to stop by. To book breakfast the night before!

Wonderful Hotel in a Wonderful City
Pros:

I didn't really know what to expect having never visited Bern and not being a fan of large cities. Bern being the capital of Switzerland I found it very charming and so many interesting museums to see. We spent three full days in Bern easily could have spent more. The hotel was very comfortable,The beds, pillows etc. all top quality and very clean. I would definitely stay here again
