Keep it going. Good staff makes all the difference! The rooms look like they do on the website.

Central location, Staff friendliness, information, check in and check out times, the style of the room. I have stayed there many times and have always been satisfied. I stay in more than 50 hotels per year for work and leisure, and the initial interaction with staff makes a big difference. I have stayed at this hotel a few times and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I will stay atz this hotel whenever I spend the night in Bern because everything is good. I do not usually write reviews, but I am very happy to write a review for this hotel.

Pros:

Location, room size, breakfast and friendly staff

Cons:

Broken air conditioner. Had to keep window open to cool the room down. Was offered a free drink and a fan to move the air.

Perfect location, nice room and big bathroom! Everything so clean and kind staff!
Pros:

Perfect location, near by most of atractions, we´ve got there by train, it´s pretty close to the station, we went on foot from the station to the hotel. Nice and kind staff, large room and big bathroom, everything so clean and confy!

Cons:

Nothing to say, everything was nice! Staff so kind and really nice hotel! My parents and I loved staying there, we would love to come back!
