Enttäuschend, keine Reklame für die Bundeshauptstadt.
Pros:

Der Bau ist schön und absolut zentral.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung ist lieb- und ideenlos, das Badzimmer klein und wenig durchdacht. Der Frühstücksraum zu eng bestuhlt, viel Ware aus Konserven und Gläsern, keine einheimischen und saisonalen Früchte, kein Lachs. CHF 400 ist für eine Nacht eindeutig zu viel.

Unimpressed with non-functional basic amenities and poor response from staff.
Pros:

Location was excellent and the hotel's common areas were nice. The room was spacious.

Cons:

The refrigerator in our room did not get cold. When I tried to call reception, the phone would not work. When I went to the front desk to ask for help with these issues, the attendant shrugged and told me that "sometimes these things just give up on life" and that I should not expect them to be fixed. My request for a different room with working facilities was not granted. There was a QR code that was supposed to allow me to make requests from reception, but the login would not work and the staff was unable to help. Quite frustrating.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt im Hotel Bristol in einem Zimmer mit Balkon, über den Dächern von Bern.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, mitten in der Stadt, nahe am Bahnhof. Wir hatten das Zimmer 401, welches mir persönlich aufgrund der Grösse und Lage - ganz oben mit kleinem Balkon - sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Bett war sehr gut, ebenso die Bettwäsche etc. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und nett! Insgesamt hat mir der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Es hätte nicht besser sein können. Zufällig habe ich die Zimmer gesehen, welche hinten zum Hof hinaus gelegen sind. Diese Zimmer wären mir persönlich zu klein als Doppelzimmer. Insgesamt habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt und ich würde wieder kommen.

Pros:

Es war Stadtfest und direkt vor dem Hotel ein Stand/Bar mit riesigen, lauten Musik Boxen.
Wir hatten Glück und ein Zimmer Richtung Hinterhof gebucht - wir haben gar nichts ghört.
Wir wurden im voraus jedoch vom Hotel informiert.

Alles super, super Lage, Personal sehr freundlich und sehr gutes Frühstück Buffet - Zimmer war etwas klein aber völlig ausreichend

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The room was perfect.
Pros:

The property is a short walk to the train station. There were several excellent restaurants near by. Santa Lucia was our favourite.

Cons:

We liked everything. Initially we found the AC slow but the staff brought us a fan and it helped tremendously. The AC quickly caught up.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Friendly and attentive staff.
Pros:

Great hotel! We didn’t realize that our stay overlapped with an international food festival which included extremely loud music directly outside our first floor room until 2:30 a.m. Hotel staff were apologetic and very accommodating, offering to switch rooms, as well as give us a late check out and free breakfast (which was delicious).
