We were able to store our bicycles downstairs in an area only accessible to staff.

Cons:

Perfect hotel to stay in Bern - no notes
Pros:

This hotel was beautiful. Everything was great about it. I had an amazing room with a balcony & view over the old town. The room was big & spacious. Had a coffee machine, a fridge, a comfy bed with soft sheets. Staff were incredibly friendly & helpful, especially when I ran out of coffee & two lovely ladies who cleaned the rooms went & got me some more! Breakfast was great! Room had complimentary water, which I always appreciate. Beautiful bathroom with great water pressure & nice big towels. Toiletries were high quality. The air conditioning worked!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Nice large room in a really convenient location.

Cons:

The air conditioning didn’t really work properly if at all which was unfortunate with the heat wave. Staff were nice but their fixes didn’t work. Towels were stained

Excellent and super comfortable
Pros:

We loved the flexibility provided by the staff to adjust floor level. The lady at the reception was super helpful. She helped us even call the local place where we left our sunglasses. Very nice staff and excellent breakfast too.
