Pros:

Overall, we had a great stay. The buffet dinner and drinks were enjoyable, and the sea-view room was beautiful and spacious enough for all 6 of us. Would definitely come back 👍

Cons:

There were no staff available to assist us with unloading our luggage, even though two staff members were present at the hotel entrance managing arriving traffic. Perhaps it is the hotel’s policy for guests to handle their own belongings—from unloading all the way to their rooms.

Pros:

スタッフ対応、朝食、景色、ラウンジなどは満足。ピンポンやゲームコーナーなども楽しかった。お部屋のベッドをつけておいてほしいとリクエストしたら、満足なセッティングをしてもらえていた。

Cons:

エレベーターの開閉が早く、急いでいるといいが、こどもが挟まれないか心配になった。

View, customer service, free snacks and drinks

Cons:

The building-wide air conditioning was not great. It was too warm in the room as it can’t be switched to cooling/heating on demand. It is set to whatever the building has set - which was heating - and it got too warm even on the coolest setting

ラウンジと温泉グッドです。
Pros:

着いてすぐのラウンジビール、海を見ながら最高でした。お客様が多い理由分かりました。チェックアウトも11:00とゆっくり出来ました。

Cons:

海外のお客様が多いので、それを承知で行かれた方が良いかと思います。
