Weinig gevoel gastvrijheid, hoewel personeel hun best zeker doet.
Pros:

Aangezien het een vijfsterren hotel is verwachte ik er meer van. De locatie is wat verder van centrum maar dat is prima. Ze hebben shuttle bus die op verschillende tijden gaat. De onsen was prachtig. En de behulpzaamheid personeel ook helemaal top. Maar ik voelde op geen enkele manier dat ik in een vijfsterren hotel verbleef.

Cons:

Elke avond kon je in de lounge gratis een drankje drinken incl alcohol. Maar als je daar komt, dan ziet het er heel raar uit dat men met kartonnen bekertjes met drank naar de kamer gaat…..Ik vond dat eerlijk gezegd nogal goedkoop er uit zien. Mogelijk is dit heel Japans.

料理の種類が多く、オールインクル
ーシブであること。
また、夏季でプールが利用できること。

Cons:

火災報知器が誤作動し、避難を余儀なくされたが、誤報であったのにかかわらず、上位の方から説明も謝罪も無かった。孫二人は、震えて泣いてしまい、帰宅しても昨夜は、状況を思い出して寝付けなかった。
また、チェックアウトの際にも、説明も無かった。
単なる避難訓練ではないので、きちんとした対応をお願いしたい。

外観が綺麗だった！
スタッフさんは笑顔で素敵でした

海外のお客さんが多かった為だとは思うのですがレストラン横のトイレがすごくゴミがすごくてビックリしました。あんなに汚かったらトイレ行けない…

駐車場からとっても遠くて荷物と子ども抱えてはハードでした

泊まる価値なし
Pros:

海の正面で海が見えるのは良かった。

Cons:

施設が古い。部屋の設備も悪く、快適性に欠ける。
またブッフェのメニューもクオリティが低い。売りに出しているからもっといいものが食べられると思ったら、安いバイキングを食べに行ってるような印象。
