Pros:

Free supper snacks and drinks but more seats could be added. I was pregnant and had to stand. On one of the night we found an extra chair and shifted it to our table. Staff stopped us and said it’s not allowed. My kid had to sit on me who is heavily pregnant in the end. Free parking!

Location is abit far off.

たまの親族の集まりのごはんの時間があの質だと、かなり残念でした。
Pros:

海が目の前で、日の出がゆっくり見られて素敵でした。

Cons:

夕ご飯も朝ごはんも、巨大なスペースでのバイキングで、人の混雑がすごかったです。
時間でお客さんを分けたりしてないので、人が分散するような仕組みが全然ないように見えました。
夕ご飯は、到着してすぐに何も知らずに行ったので、一番混む時間帯だったようで、バイキングのお料理のところからはるかに離れた別室のテーブルになりました。

キャパオーバーで対応悪い
Pros:

部屋の広さや温泉は良かった。

Cons:

エレベーターが毎回並んでいて待つのがよくない。
ラウンジで家族分のイスが一つ足りなかったので空いてるイスをおかりして座っていたら、スタッフのおじさんが来てイスの移動はお断りしています、と言ってきた。
それでは、子供と離れて座ると言うのか、と雰囲気悪くなり部屋へもどりました。ほかにも大家族の人達はみなイスを借りて一つのテーブルに集まっていましたが
次々にそのように声かけをしていて、皆不愉快な気分になっておりました。もう少し考えてもらいたいです。
