We love the food and the room, but I would pick a different hotel next if we don't have our own car.
Pros:

We love the food there and the room was nice and spacious.

Cons:

The hotel offered a snack bar but there were too many people and too crowded.
The location was far away from the train station and they don't have much shuttle to take us back to the station, we had to take a tax and it costed about 5,000 yen, they should increase the number of shuttle services.

ラウンジがただで楽しめて良かった！

Cons:

ラウンジ近くにあったキッズスペースに土足で入っている宿泊客が多く、それを注意する訳でもなく残念だった。
2泊だったがビュッフェの内容が変わらずだったので残念だった。

Pros:

早餐選擇非常多！而且晚上21-23有Happy Hour，一整瓶清酒擺在那邊不怕喝，真的很棒。停車位多、海景房視野廣闊。

Cons:

唯一要挑剔的就是可以感覺到飯店是比較老舊，且附近只有一間7-11，雖然也是有小餐廳，但在別府市區選擇還是比較多。

Très grand hôtel impersonnel...
Pros:

C'est un très grand hôtel qui a une certaine classe. La chambre est spacieuse. Les petits déjeuners sous forme de buffet très bons.
Bel onsen, intérieur et extérieur.
Parking gratuit.

Cons:

Le principal reproche, c'est qu'il n'y a qu'une seule formule de dîner...un buffet à 9000yens! C'est beaucoup trop pour le soir ! Nous aurions aimé un plat unique, voire un room service. Mais pas moyen ! En plus, nous y étions en plein typhon...pas trop facile de sortir pour manger ailleurs ! Le personnel de l'accueil absolument hermétique!
Autre souci, la taille de l'hôtel entraîne beaucoup de monde...beaucoup de bruit ! Et il y a une ligne de train que l'on entend bien des chambres situées à l'arrière...

部屋が広く ゆっくりできるクッションもあり プロジェクターでゲーム等もでき子供たちに好評でした
プレイルームも楽しめました
朝食も種類が多く美味しかったです

フロントでのチェックイン時の説明が事務的で 聞き流してしまって よく理解できなかった

ゆっくり滞在できた。
Pros:

朝食が美味しかった。
夜、ラウンジを利用させてもらいました。
お酒の種類が多かった。
風呂上がりの飲み物がいろいろ用意してあって、嬉しかったです。

Cons:

別府に来て、お風呂のお湯は温泉っぽくなかった。
街から少し離れていて、夜に外でご飯を食べるのは不向き
