Po několika letech jsme se vrátili do Harmony Hotel Špindlerův Mlýn a musím říct, že jsme byli mile překvapeni. Jezdíme sem už dlouhé roky a hotel jsme měli vždy moc rádi. Po změně majitele jsme ale podle recenzí měli pocit, že úroveň služeb šla dolů, a proto jsme poslední dvě sezóny návštěvu raději vynechali. Tentokrát jsme se ale rozhodli dát Harmony znovu šanci a jsme rádi, že jsme to udělali.

Ano, některé věci jsou pořád trochu jiné než dřív, ale celkový dojem byl výrazně lepší, než jsme očekávali. Co bych chtěl opravdu vyzdvihnout, je personál hotelu. Právě lidé podle nás drží atmosféru Harmony nad vodou a je vidět, že se snaží vrátit hotel tam, kam historicky patřil. Ochotný přístup, vstřícnost a lidské jednání byly během celého pobytu opravdu znát.

Držíme palce, aby se hotel dál vracel na úroveň, kterou si dlouhodobí hosté pamatují. My osobně jsme po této návštěvě zase o něco klidnější a věříme, že Harmony má našlápnuto správným směrem.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel im Riesengebirge

Wir hatten einen ausgezeichneten Aufenthalt im Hotel Harmonie in Spindlermühle. Das Hotel überzeugt mit einer sehr geschmackvollen und gepflegten Ausstattung, hoher Sauberkeit und einer angenehmen, ruhigen Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer waren äußerst komfortabel und perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem aktiven Tag im Riesengebirge. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die tolle Lage - ideal sowohl für Wanderungen als auch zum Erkunden von Spindlermühle. Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlt. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war aus unserer Sicht hervorragend. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt - wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
