La ubicación, las habitaciones y sus restaurantes
El gimnasio puede mejorar
El Hotel está muy bien ubicado y als habitaciones son muy cómodas. El personal fue muy amable y el desayuno también nos pareció muy bueno.
Estaban haciendo unas reparaciones en las habitaciones del frente a la nuestra (cambiando unas puestas parece), pero estaban taladrando, y sacando y entrando material (había mucho polvo). Creo que en estos casos deberían deshabilitar las habitaciones contiguas a donde están haciendo las reparaciones. Me parece terrible que nos hayan puesto ahí, además tengo una bebé que casi no logro dormir su siesta debido al ruido.
El desyuno es increible , los alimentos y frutas frescas , bastante variado todos los días , muy buena atención por parte del personal , el restaurante muy bien ubicado , organizado , la habitacion impecable y confortable , en general me parece un excelente hotel , siempre de mi gusto .
Que noo me gusto, inicialmente no encontre habitación al escribir directamente al hotel , pero ingrese a booking y encontre . Lo que me informan es que habia un evento , pero no entiendo porque no me dieron inicalmente esa habitación cuando escribí al hotel.
Lo que más me gusto es el servicio del Hotel, junto con sus zonas de comida y zona húmeda. Incluyendo la ubicación del hotel, debido a que queda adentro de un centro comercial y uno puede salir y caminar un rato.
Lo que no me gusto es una de las cajas fuertes que es diferente y que le cuesta uno manejar, pero de resto todo cumple con las expectativas.
La atencion del personal.
Camilo en la recepcion, el botones que no recuerdo muy amables y extremadamente agradables. El personal en el comedor del desayuno excelente. El restaurante japonés increíblemente bueno. El sushi buenísimo. Este hotel no tiene nada malo. Volveremos !!!
Que la piscina esta abierta hasta las 6 pm aunque no tuve oportunidad de usarla.
Everything! The room super comfortable with a nice terrace, we asked for an extra bed and it was ready when we arrived. The breakfast was excellent, as well as the pool area and the spa. The hotel is connected to the shopping mall which is also very convenient.

Las nuevas habitaciones que hicieron y q son las que estan asignando tienen el colchon super duro, supremamente incómodo si se compara comodidad - precio, nada parecido a las habitaciones iniciales del hotel y q eran las que siempre asignaban, nos tocó quejarnos y después q habia desempacado todo, tocó recoger y pedir cambio de habitación a las 12 de la noche por q esa cama era terrible.
