1.車難停，停車動線混亂
2.早餐難吃，沒味，我們四大一小住宿訂四人房，吃早餐還要多收小孩的費用，但其實好吃可以不計較，但重點是難吃，我女兒吃了兩口就不吃了
3.checkin櫃檯要加強專業，拿完房卡之後在遊玩當中一直狂打電話給我說手續沒完成要回櫃檯補辦，然後拿我的信用卡說刷不出來（之前兩天住其他飯店買東西完全沒問題），我只好拿另一張我不常用的卡來刷，整個體驗很差

飯店的餐廳非常好吃

Cons:

原本帶家人去就是為了去體驗育樂世界的，飯店部分各個方面都不錯，但是隔天去育樂世界非常失望。所以若是想要單純住舒適飯店選這邊性價比就被育樂世界給拉低了。

方便小孩遊玩大人輕鬆的住宿
Pros:

帶小孩去玩當然住在這間是很方便的, 不用排隊等車位, 整個三天2夜都待在室內吃喝遊玩, 小孩玩累了要午睡也可以直接回房間舒服的睡, 房間&衛浴都很大間, 電梯很多部幾乎不用等, 有洗衣房當天玩髒的衣服可以馬上洗完烘乾, 注意要先到1F櫃台去換銅板. 我們房間的清潔房務人員是外籍的但親切英文好溝通, 打掃也乾淨迅速

其一, 房間衛浴內的兒童腳凳最好可以是2階式的防滑凳而不是一般的小凳子, 小孩身高100cm踩上去還不夠高得再墊腳才洗得到手然後凳子曾一度滑出, 對於主打親子的飯店應該要有這樣的細節考量．其二, 早餐動線不佳味道也普通, 但白粥是好吃的. 缺點是白粥與配粥的小菜肉鬆在完全不同的檯面, 端著燙燙的粥穿越走道人潮至另一個吧檯拿小菜對自己與他人是危險的, 應減少這樣跨越的次數, 人流才會比較安全與順暢
