Not recommended.
Pros:

Location was good and the room was clean.

Cons:

There was the smell of cigarette smoke inside the room, the corridors and even the elevator. Ironically, it was illegal to smoke in these areas. My stay because was so uncomfortable because of this. It was difficult to breathe inside the room. So I didn't enjoy my stay.

I've never given such a low score before
Pros:

I've never given a bad review like this before... I guess it was good that the guy gave me a refund right away.

Cons:

It smelt so bad! The bed, walls, bathroom, everywhere had stains all over it. We had to leave immediately and get a refund. The guy tried to give us another room but no way is that place fit for purpose. I think it may be there to house people who are rough sleeping? Why then did they try to charge me about £50! (About 55 US dollars).
