Best Western Premier Islamabad

Location , restaurants and staff including Huma and Manager Qasim helped throughout my stay.The mall is close to 16 minutes away (Centaurus).There is tight security at the entrance/property.

I had a booking at another hotel I won’t disclose the name but they messaged me so many times before I got there, which to me was suspicious and violation of privacy, so I switched my reservation to Best Western Premier Islamabad. I am so incredibly happy I switched to this hotel. It was my first time Islamabad. The hotel was very friendly but same time very private and respectful. The room service is just amazing… all of the foods were extremely good quality foods. The bread basket in American breakfast was so delicious and the fruit was so fresh and real (in America I am very skeptical of what I am truly eating.) All of my Mutton dish were absolutely delicious specifically Hyderabadi Biryani (most delicious). I ordered this more than once… Get this dish spicy… (and if you’re not Pakistani) just get a sprite with it, even as American and spicy it was the most delicious. I didn’t go to breakfast buffet but next time I will, this visit I just preferred the room service. The room service was so exceptional. They are very hard working and respectful. The mattress was so comfortable. The room had waters and they stocked the room with water, so I appreciated this soooo much! There is also an Asian restaurant down in the lobby. I also didn’t try but next time I will. In general everyone was respectful even in times of language barrier and they are very rapid to solve any issues at hand. This is my first visit to Islamabad, but won’t be my last. Thank you so much for exceptional service, respect, privacy, and just so much help on any issue I had. Next visit I will be bringing my family to this hotel so we will be getting multiple rooms. I am so happy to see things for myself in Islamabad, instead of listening to the islamaphobic lies of the electronic media. Truly exceptional place, Pakistan. A gem for tourism, everyone was so kind and I am so incredibly greatful and thankful for all hospitality I received. Salam.

The staff was super nice n helpful , place was clean, one of best food ever ate it was fresh.

Had an excellent stay at the hotel. Check-in was quick and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite with access to the executive lounge. The room was luxurious, spacious, and equipped with every possible amenity. Everything was immaculately clean and well-maintained.

The staff was extremely supportive, accommodating, and displayed outstanding hospitality throughout the stay.

It was my sons 1st birthday so i booked the deluxe suite, as i arrived was welcomed by hotel staffby 2 gentleman in particular but dont know their names, all i know they said they were from kashmir.
They upgraded me to the exec suite and OMG it was the best room ive stayed in my life by far and i have travelled the world quite alot.
Just WOW! If you are booking with these guys and if your able to afford exec suite go for it as it was a wholesome experience.
There was another HK-attend named Noman Zafar who was great also.
By far one the best islamabad.

The staff were super friendly, especially the drivers and in the kitchen. However, the room i booked was mot the one i received. In addition, during the first night, the air-conditioning, fridge, safetly locker were all broken. The maintenence team kept coming in and out to fix the issue but were not able to and the etire day my family had to spend without AC. The next day the manager in charge did give us am upgrade and changed to rooms

Amazing experience, brilliant location. The pool was a lot of fun. You get to see the beautiful mountains surrounding Islamabad from up there. Our stay was for 3 nights. First time in Islamabad, and their hospitality blew us away. Definitely made our stay memorable. Very friendly staff. Always making sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Bumped us up and gave us free Executive Lounge access, which was awesome cause we got free snacks the whole day throughout our stay. They even picked us up from the airport and dropped us off there for no extra charge. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. Highly recommended!

The location and security are unbeatable, with attentive staff enhancing the experience. I rented two rooms—a king adjoining a twin—which was perfect for our family setup. The Executive Lounge, open from noon to 7 PM, offered a quiet space to unwind. Dining options ranged from Thai and Japanese to classic burgers, all of which were tasty and well-prepared. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

They bumped our room to executive without even asking which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was exceptionally well trained. Location is perfect if someone is heading to northern areas and needs to stay here for a while.
